Very cool video. Thanks for posting. I think I was one of the only people that collected this stuff as a kid without playing it. I just loved Star Wars and all the lore, info and amazing detail on the cards. I have 4 unplayed Premiere Vaders, but getting them graded doesn't seem cost effective when PSA is charging $30-$60 per card to grade and then I'd have to sell at 50% to a dealer. My challenge at this point is just getting a complete Tournament Foil set to complete4 my collection. Great Channel!
Very awesome collection. I’m happy to also be the owner of all of these cards, including that Mara Corran Talon card, both a signed and unsigned cards. I started collecting and preserving cards from the start so pretty much they are all near mint. Hopefully you have a complete collection.
Thanks! I’ve loved collecting this game over the years. I have a collection that I would say is complete for my own purposes. Missing a few random things but I’m okay with that.
Maaan. So glad I found your videos! I collected these in the nineties on the playground, and I started collecting these again a few years ago before the value blew up. I have/have had a bunch of these (sold a complete set of pristine tourney foils for around $600 when that's what they were worth. Sold it because I didn't care much for foils. Oof), and it's cool to hear the history. Can't wait to go through your videos! There hasn't been nearly enough content on Star Wars CCG. Just wondering, where would the mini R'kik D'nek, Hero Of The Dune Sea sit on a list like this? I have one, but know nothing about it.
Super glad to hear it! Bummer on the tournament foil set… would be worth quite a bit more then that. I try to do a video every week on swccg. Game is still around and good amount of people play! Welcome.
You are correct about how the foil ISD and Corvette were originally given out, I attended DCon 2000 and chose the ISD. I later traded for the Corvette at the con from someone else. Should have traded for more at the time! And my oversize Mara Jade/Corran/Talon is still unsigned.
As a kid, I pulled Son of Skywalker when Dagobah first came out. I had no other mains until Dagobah Revised came out, and I bought 1 pack, and got WB Son of Skywalker. Thought that was some crazy luck. Now the WB version is worth more than the BB version!
Great video! I think Stackpole, Zahn, and Baska signed autographs at the Decipher booth at the conventions where that oversized card was handed out. Which probably explain why most of them are signed. That being said, it looks like yours has a 2012 signature on it, well after the Decipher era. Hmm...
Dang this video reminds me I pulled like 4 black dark side blanks in a messed up DS2 starter deck, but lost the blanks with most of my commons/uncommons due to flooding. Sad times!
Who the heck knew what was what back then. I definitely lost many a rare as I only thought characters were rares in my 12 year old brain lol. Never too late to start back up now though!
Right as I'm thinking "well here will be a bunch of stuff I will never see in my life", I see a card I have at #10! (white border Dagobah Yoda) Cool video!
Haha, my whole thesis is: yes there’s lot of URs out there but many are around or on eBay… just as high amounts. It took me like a year to get a WB dagobah set together.
I agree with your list. You can never have enough Darth Vader copies! If you can find sealed box topper foils in good shape with no foil lines definitely try to pick them up!
I am shocked that a Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight is not on your list. Esp when they're being sold up to $800 and r ultra rare. I have several Premiere Vader cards. Never seen the foils and blank cards yet.
You can buy a Luke Skywalker Jedi knight right now on eBay for $175. Perhaps you were looking at a graded one. The Vader was a truly minty one because of quality issues and the heavy play it has seen.
I had at least two but one just got ruined trying to pull it out of the package I just found this book tonight and it's full it's very big and very full of these cards
@@boardmatt Ah okay makes sense! I was wondering why they weren’t in the Endor style, but this explains it. Are they basically the same style as Reflections foils?
@@boardmatt I gave the original set and game to my sister since they’re into card and board games - then I found the expansion packs I had put into fancy folders. I’m going to see how valuable they are, might give them to her though since she has the game
I also have all of these cards as well for sell and others and all the lord of the rings middle earth cards I’m looking to sell the sooner the better there in excellent condition I look forward to hearing from you
I have all the ships in this video in mint Also the Vader the only cards I don’t have are the big cards ones Get a hard or if me I have other cards as well I have it yes all of it in mint condition
None of the Japanese cards on this list? Was that on purpose? Hoth Japanese with cards like Meteor Impact is the hardest and most expensive card to get in the game.
Correct. I only focused on english language items as stated at the start. I think Japanese cards need to have their own category as they would have taken up most the spots on this list. I also don't collect them, so don't really keep track of them.

Yeah, I think that’s what happened for most of these. This is a card I got off eBay a while back, so can’t say I got it signed myself in 2012.
Dang this video reminds me I pulled like 4 black dark side blanks in a messed up DS2 starter deck, but lost the blanks with most of my commons/uncommons due to flooding. Sad times!
I 100% tossed a white blank card from a hoth pack I pulled back in the early 2000's. Wish I had more collector's savvy at that point!
Who the heck knew what was what back then. I definitely lost many a rare as I only thought characters were rares in my 12 year old brain lol. Never too late to start back up now though!

Yes i waited to buy an star destroyer foil 2018 and I haven’t seen one to buy in years until recently
Really great. Well thought out!
I had at least two but one just got ruined trying to pull it out of the package I just found this book tonight and it's full it's very big and very full of these cards
Hmmm…I have a white border Yoda Dagobah set. Was always one of my favorite cards :)
I kept two sealed Reflections box toppers (Han and obi-wan). Glad I never opened them.
Mine Mara, Corran and Karde card is unsigned, as well as my Aurra Singh
Very cool! Hard to find these days.
awesome video man!
Were the tournament foils the first foils they released?
Endor was the first. Tournament foils followed shortly after (I think)
@@boardmatt Ah okay makes sense! I was wondering why they weren’t in the Endor style, but this explains it.
Are they basically the same style as Reflections foils?
I have a folder full of those old cards from expansion packs - and I’m pretty sure I have the Tika sisters
Never too late to break them out and start playing or collecting again!
@@boardmatt I gave the original set and game to my sister since they’re into card and board games - then I found the expansion packs I had put into fancy folders. I’m going to see how valuable they are, might give them to her though since she has the game
Just bought a box of premiere limited starter sets.. cant afford a booster box... hoping for the best!
Good luck! I’d probably go with purchasing singles over opening sealed stuff! Better way of collecting what you want vs lots of stuff you don’t want!
I also have all of these cards as well for sell and others and all the lord of the rings middle earth cards I’m looking to sell the sooner the better there in excellent condition I look forward to hearing from you
Cool, i have 2 foil vaders, and 4 other one in very good shape!
Nice!
Great video - also there were 100k premiere bb Vaders printed. Yes most of them are probably worn over the years.
honorable mention to Japanese Hoth DS R1s!
Ha, absolutely. They’d take the number one slot on this, but I tried to only do English cards as I don’t have much of the Japanese myself!
I don't know how to paste pictures to here but my cards are for sale
I have all the ships in this video in mint Also the Vader the only cards I don’t have are the big cards ones
Get a hard or if me I have other cards as well I have it yes all of it in mint condition
I've never seen a foil DMYA AI in person.
It is a sight to behold, the holy grail.
Sign your shoes.... I heard shine your shoes haha
I have that corvette card
Cool
Awesome thanks for the video 8)
