If you have to work and there is barely any time left and you want to spend that time with your kids, which is what the average person lives like because they have to work, there isn't barely any space for that extent of self care. Doutzen and Candice are models - it's their job to look that good and they have good genes (like psyNadya said) and it shouldn't be put on the average woman to be expected to look like this after giving birth (or even before). But if you really really want it, there can be a way, so yeah, I would like to know as well how to prevent stretch marks, get back into shape afterwards, because I like my body best slim. It's everyones own decision what they prioritze and want the most, it just shouldn't be put as a beauty STANDARD, because these women are not your average mom. Not even average people.
@@heyheyvicky1498 That's what you and many people get so wrong firstly no one is forcing anyone to look like that people are just attracted to certain looks and since that sells those business will keep making money, that's it.Also having a body extremely close to that doesn't require to spend hours in them gym, just don't shove crap down your throat, do a vacuum while you literally sitting anywhere (Google what the vacuum for your belly is ,it works wonders),for those stretch marks you could only prevent them by not gaining more weight than you should during pregnancy and use some stretch mark preventing cream (and I have a condition where I was born with thinner skin than normal and still managed ,plus hypothyroidism)

as a German who eat rather similar food I feel a little bit butthurt, but I usually don't go for so much meat and potatoes either...it's just rather heavy food. But Sauerkraut is very healthy! :)

Very rich and hearty dishes that are heavy on fatty meats with gravies, potatoes and other tuberous plants. Lots of casserole dishes with pastries, and limited greens and colorful vegetables. The presentation of the food is also not very imaginative and aesthetically pleasing for gourmet. Just functional and nourishing enough to feed and keep you warm from the colder weather up in the north. Also, they all love beet. I have heard, however, that Germans have a great variety of breads, and the Dutch love their chocolate and cheese.

I think it's also about what is easy to plant and keep in the region (like potatoes can be stored after harvest, meat would be always fresh, etc.). Wonder if she would ever visit Angola, Mozambique, Guinea Bissau, Cape Verde, or Sao Tome Principe. They are a bit of Portugal but in her continent of Africa.

Lesser, in the sense that we are not able to be as well balanced as Doutzen. She is a super admired ramp model, who has uncharacteristically EVOLVED into a humanitarian, a philanthropist, and a passionate Crusader for humanity, and a great daughter, wife, and mom. How many models have done that, if there are others indeed?
She is one of the most honest public figures in recent times. She does not have any pretensions at all. And all of her friendships, are made strong mainly because of her many strong virtues. I don't think that too many of us have accomplished as much.

Now, back to your baseless accusations against me. The start of this “debate”, if that is what you choose to call it, centred on the extremely disturbing tendency many have to assign worth to others on the basis of things such as appearance, athletic talent, fame, fortune, etc. While completely overlooking the attributes that truly render a human being worthy, like kindness, empathy, authenticity, generosity, etc. The words you chose to use were inappropriate, and thus I felt compelled to correct you. Calling some people “gods” or “goddesses” while calling others “lesser mortals” is blasphemous, to put it mildly, and extremely insulting to those of us who recognize our worth.
Now, you purport your ideas to be virtuous, when they are extremely condescending and divisive. You claim to value peace, when here you are making conflict with me. You claim to be able to see virtue in others, when you just insulted some of the United States’ greatest recent presidents. Ironically, I see you forgot to put the two Bush’s and Trump in that list. A Republican, I take it? Someone who has the wool pulled easily over his eyes. Biden is a very honourable man. Gates gave a huge percentage of his fortune to humanitarian efforts. Do you even know which side you’re on?
I assure you that I am not self-righteous, but neither will I stand by and listen to individuals unravel their nonsense and present it as fact. Your ideas are dangerous and the reason there is so much mental illness in the world. It’s the reason young teenage girls develop anorexia or get surgery on their noses because society tries to tell them that their worthiness comes from how closely they resemble the world’s top models. This is why I’m sacrificing my time on a national holiday (in my country) to try to correct your way of thinking, hoping the right people read this and know that they are NOT lesser mortals, as you would like them to believe.
Of course, you will have something to say about this, further proving your interest in not in promoting peace, but warfare. What you should do is start working on your way of thinking, and if it requires self work, as it likely does, then so be it! A good start would be learning to listen when others offer you constructive criticism. You will be all the wiser for it.
