I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, the works. Runs in the family. I have to seriously diet to keep mine in check. I eat very little and lots of salad. Sorry to hear about the medical issues. I'm in my upper 50's now. I walk, ride, ride my ebike, and, motorcycle. I had to cut the caffeine although I added green tea. Also drink black tea half and half lemon aid. This somehow stabilizes my sugars and gives me energy. B vitamins also help. If you check your vitamin D I'm curious if it is low? Keep up the positive. Oh yeah well I'm thinking about it. Police nor anyone should definitely not have the right or ability to damage property. They should simply do the right thing and ensure your property is taken care of.
Interesting! I might check out a B-complex or something like that. Do you have one that you like? My vitamin D levels were so high two doctors said I should cut back 😂 and completely agreed, one would hope!
NATIVEPATH LIQUID B-COMPLEX is what I use. My Vit D is unfortunately low. Been low for years I have to take 50, 000 out of Vit D once a week. Wonder what you're eating that keeps yours so high.@@CozyLivingMachine
At the time I was eating primarily steak, potatoes and spinach with a 10,000 IU daily supplement. That may have done the trick there for me, though absolutely no negative side effects whatsoever! Thanks for the name of that, I'll check it out!!
Go get checked out for hyperadrenalism. I had sky rocketing blood pressure for 10 years. Not overweight, are healthy and doctors ran test with no result. I took blood pressure meds that didn’t help either. One doctor did find a benign tumor on my adrenal gland. This caused an imbalance in my hormones released by that gland causing these blood pressure highs. One surgery to remove and I’m now normal. Go get the done for hyperadrenalism
Thank you! I'll have them check that again, because I had them check my thyroid and a few other functions as well, but it can't hurt to check everything. I'm glad it was a one-and-done for you there, what a difference!!
Hey man, if you start having swelling in your feet/legs, get a pair of compression socks. They keep the fluid moving and not just sitting in the extra cellular space. Also when it comes to supplements, make sure you have potassium, calcium and and magnesium. Some of the supplements don't even have it in them, so read carefully. Or, just drink liquid iv ,gatorlyte (new), or the newish pedyolite for adults. I'd say drink a little daily or every 3rd day drink a whole one. Those 3, potassium, MG, and calcium can get out of whack very easily. Mag can drop if you take meds for reflux, or if you drink alcohol ( I know you dont), etc. When it drops, it can effect the other two as well. I take a diuretic, diuretics can through these three elements off pretty easily. I had problems with it before I ever started taking the diuretics though. I'm from Alabama, in the summer I cut a lot of grass. I'd lose 5lbs of water in sweat just cutting grass. Doing that, if you drink just water you CAN drop your electrolytes very easily. So I started doing what I told you to do. We didn't have the same products then , so I had to go the doctors from time to time, but I made do. Now, I know you aren't cutting grass in Alabamas heat, but it is something to try. Low potassium can cause palpitations. Low calcium can cause cramps, sometimes they show up in your hands first. Low Mg can also show up in hand cramps. But always check with your doctor. William Suttle
Thankfully, no swelling at all in my lower extremities, but I'll keep that in mind! I've had the Liquid IVs, those are surprisingly good, even the sugar free ones! Good advice, thanks!
@@CozyLivingMachine Just got to know where to share videos to! On top once shared to them include the people causing problems and they will crap their pants President knows what they did. Even if nothing happens. Puts them in notice.
Interesting, I've never heard of them! No blood sugar testing, that was never an issue in any fasted or non-fasted blood tests so it wasn't much on my radar other than to simply limit unnatural sugars as much as possible. Definitely something I could look into!
Have you had a complete iron panel with Ferritin level checked? This is a good inflammation marker, and if high, you might want to check for hemochromatosis. This is the opposite of being ameinic where your body stores iron and can cause all sorts of issues. It's called the Celtic Curse as its history of the gene mutation came from Ireland and northern Europe.
Thank you so much for sharing this! This is my first time learning of hemochromatosis. I'm following up with one of the last docs now to see if a ferritin test has been completed. I saw a few iron tests, but not ferritin specifically listed.
Half of the food we eat in this country is banned in most other countries. Do to all the chemicals we inject into our food. Just go online and look up pictures from the 60 and 70 there are a lot less overweight people then we have today.

You just walked past my old apartment in Redmond.
$1,700 a month 3 years ago, $2,300 now!
I'm amazed it's not even more than that now! Still freaking insane.
look at those fall colors starting to set in good luck with your health issues.
Isn't it beautiful?! The fall leaves are being quickly taken away by wind and rainfall, but there's still a bit of color at least! And thank you!

Hope you are not using Morton Salt, Super processed! Redmonds is good! They keep the minerals in it! We need salt!🎉
I've never heard of Redmonds, but that's good to know! We don't use Morton, but I'll be sure to avoid it in the future!
I guess the president has a lot of followers lol.

Sean Baker and a group of doctors have a medical group that might be interesting with everything you’re tracking. Are you tracking your blood sugars?

I love watching movies from even just the 90s, people weren't nearly as big. Completely agreed.
IF you took the Man date, you need to get your heart checked and screened for cancer 4 times a year.
I did not, thankfully!
