If you don't use the epoxy, will it not qualify as a legal magazine in 10 round restrictive states? How hard would it be to remove the epoxy and convert the mag back to standard capacity in a shtf situation where rules no longer apply?

Try explaining to a police officer that you're 19 round Glock 19x mag is really only a 10 round even though it has 19 holes in the back I'd rather err on caution and just get the Glock 10 round magazines and be safe
I ordered one of your kits today for a Walther PPQ M2 9mm. I'm unsure what the end result with the epoxy should be. Is it supposed to lock the magazine base plate so you can no longer open and get to the spring? Thank you!
njtech2005 the law does not specify and every magazine is different. The safest option is to epoxy the floor plate closed so that the block can not be removed. It’s all about defending that the modification is permanent and not easily removed.

Just curious but why have an extended mag, then but that limiter inside it? Just use the flush mount mags and install the limiter?...
Probably since this is what comes with the 19X and we want to still dream about living in a true free America! We did recently have a week of freedom and were able to order standard cap magazines even in California.

I just bought a 19x but its only 10 round capacity. Will my gun accept 17 round 19 round and 33 round mags ? (I do not live in a capacity restrictive state. Indiana.) i was iffy on purchasing only because i fear i wont be able to run the normal 19x mags. Please let m know so i can order some stock 19 round mags for my 19x
Why would you buy a a California compliant handgun in a state like Indiana
@@YTGNolan we have a 15rd limit here in Colorado and some shops offer the 10rd mags as the factory option. Idk why when a factory g19 comes with 15 which is within the law. One LGS said it’s because they have a bunch of overstock and they send the Cali-compliant kits here hoping to offload them on California transplants. Which makes sense because we have a lot of California transplants here that have no idea about the magazine rules. My brother in law moved here from California and I gave him a standard 15rd mag and he looked at me like I was handing him keys to a stolen car. 😂😂
That said, they offer both side by side (10rd kit or 15rd kit) and have the audacity to charge over MSRP for the standard capacity kits. This particular location seems to think a g19 is worth $650-$700 new. Try $500-$550….and be happy I’ll pay that much…

Not this model, but the Universal limiter will work with ETS magazines. They have to be cut and tested for the correct size.

If you live in a state that restricts the use of "high capacity magazines" then this is what you can do to make them compliant. It's cheaper then buying factory 10-round magazines also.
