Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 Quick Demo

Here's a short demo of what using the speech recognition program Dragon NaturallySpeaking 12 is like for me. It's not a slicked-up and rehearsed (or even pre-written) presentation. Just a real example of someone dictating into a computer.
Because of injury issues, I've been using DNS off-and-on for years. Every version is a little bit better, and this is more than usable most of the time -- though a SF story with lots of weird alien names can be problematic.

I highly recommend learning to use the dvorak keyboard layout. It is known for being developed for faster writing, but the best thing about it in my opinion is that it puts a lot less strain on your hands. learn.dvorak.nl is a great site to start learning!
