    The French rally driver who drove the 5 turbo was called Jean Ragnotti he was very special watch him on UA-cam I loved the renault 5 turbo grate video keep up the good work

    Did you read FIA Appendix K for historic safety requirements before you started this project?

      I asked our Head Fabricator and he said "We did consult Appendix K before this build, and in fact, FIA has a ruleset specifically for the R5 when used in history Rally. This car however, will be seeing track time in the US and because of that, needs to adhere to a more strict set of modern ARA/FIA rules. That's why there are additional bars in the cage beyond what is just required by FIA for historic use. The nice thing about the specific R5 ruleset however, is the homologation of more modern components such as an updated FIA fuel cell built by '3S Developpement' out of France."

    I assume this is a Racetech 4100 seat. What size is it? I am 6'4" too at 220 lbs.

      Apologies, just seeing this comment! The nice thing about the 4100 is that it comes in a variety of sizes, so there's definitely an option for you:
      RT4100 Standard size, FIA approved
      RT4100T Tall size, FIA approved
      RT4100WT Wide-tall size, FIA approved
      RT4100HR Standard size, Head restraint, FIA approved
      RT4100THR Tall size, Head restraint, FIA approved
      RT4100WTHR Wide-tall size, Head restraint, FIA approved
