This movie was made in 2005 still enjoyable and Portman gave the movie the vibe , the cgi is actually cool when they teleport the monsters are cool to watch too and ends with gun/fight scene 🤘🏼🤘🏼
3:32 best line in the whole movie
This was actually a pretty awesome and stylistically choreographed fight scene TBH
This movie blow my mind when i was a kid...and now it's still blow my mind
This movie is amazing. Alot of people dont like it, but i do.
Who else got chills when the mutation took him over?
He was a dirt bag who would rather follow objectives unorthodox than Save innocent lives.
I did
The part where his bloodlust finally overcame his better judgment
Honestly this movie was pretty much one of my favorites as a kid. Watched it hundreds of times when I was 10. Loved every second of it. Great movie.
Reaper: Like the Kid said, “go to hell.”
He avenge and honor his death.
I freaking love this movie, I don't freaking understand why it wasn't a big hit 😭
I would’ve loved to see Sarge transformed into a tank and say, “Welcome to the Mess Hall!” surrounded by dead bodies.
"Go to Hell." This film FEELS like it's set in hell bc of the demonic presence in Sarge's leadership and what happens here
XD in this one it was just zombies and other scientific creatures but in the other one there was demons
this is the best and most testosterone fueled fighting scene in a movie ever, love it.
This is a good example of practical effects over visual effects. Get a good choreographer and good wire work and your fight scenes will look amazing.
They fail to make/remake something similar nowadays. Either poor investment or just too much digital and plastic goin on
They also got a military advisor to train and prepare the cast appropriately. Say what you want about this movie, but they did their homework.
ONE ROUND: FIRES THE PLASMA GUN!
The makers deserve applause just for bringing the Doom game into the cinematic world.. Making this movie happen that alone was something. Gonna love this forever! 🕶
That's not just any plasma gun that's the B.F. fricking G:
Bio forge gun official name
But fans and the developers love calling it
Big F/ing Gun 😀😎😁😈❤
This is 100 times better than the 2019 one. I remember watching it a long ass time ago, I thought it was pretty good.
"Like the kid said...go to hell" - Reaper
That ending line. Karl Urban was so badass in that delivery 7:05
If the BFG was accurate to the games then that mere sidestepping wouldn’t have done shit to save Reaper lol
Especially the 2016 version
That shit cover a 100mile radius in either direction
Was Reaper infected or genetically enhanced in any way? I believe the BFG was designed to kill anything carrying or composed of argent (Hell) energy. Haven't seen this movie in a long time. So, can someone clear this up for me?
@@christopherrodriguez3577 yeah reaper was infected, but rather than turn him into a monster it enhanced him. As far as I'm aware, the bfg in this film just makes big holes in whatever its pointed at
@@UFBvoodoochild the enhancement or mutations also depends on the persons brain.
Idgaf what anyone says i love this movie , i miss this grittiness in action movies.
Love how he knew he could've picked him off with that last shot but instead allowed him to die with a little dignity and an honorable fight.
This was a fine adaptation, if you asked me people were asking too much after jumping on the bandwagon and I have no idea why would they care about critics for a movie like this
3:35 the kid that was suspended for shitting on the teacher's desk comes back to school
Am I the only one who thoroughly enjoyed this movie I'm 26 btw
WARMACHINE9398
I’m nearly 60 and think it’s very good!👍
No i enjoyed it very much also
27 and I enjoyed this movie when it came out, also, it was either chicken little or Doom at the time they came out
Why we throwing down ages for
@@RMLOfficial idk lol
All this time we thought the Rock was the doom first person shooter but it turns out he was the boss monster. Quite the twist between good and evil.
I love this film, its my guilty pleasure and only God can judge me!
Same here I love it.
The fact Reaper is Billy Butcher in The boys makes me love it more lol
Homelander has no chance, Billy Butcher just mopped the floor with Black Adam!!!!
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂👍
Thank you for this.
0:26 when you and your friends been smoking weed for an hour straight
Bro too many times
I've used that line, man, this is a favorite of mine
Lmaooo he sais it in such a SERIOUS Tone
Underrated movie. People at the time just wanted to hate on the rock for switching careers. I still watch this every now and again
This was one of the best one on one fight sequence
Sarge: what've you been left?
Reaper: Half a clip. You?
Sarge: I've got... one round.
Slayer: And I have no ammo, no gas for chainsaw, no Crucible and BFG charges, reloading flamethrower, reloading standart grenade, reloading ice grenade, no blood punch, zero armor points and one health point. So in other words, guys: YOU ARE DOOMED.
this was a "decent movie" and had "decent acting by decent actors". a very very underrated movie.
5:12
game : wait what ? Monsters don’t get power ups !
Movie: sarge equips metal wire
Speed +15
Attack +15
Defense +15
Badassery +3000
Sarge:What You Got Left
Reaper:-Half a Clip????
*tengo music opportunities*
Sarge:I've....one Round
*BFG plasma bullet sound*
Karl Urban was a great Doomguy in my opinion!
Rare sighting of the rock playing the villain and losing. R.I.P my boy Destroyer. And the Kid. Eternal Legends.
The Rock and Karl urban's roles in this movie were great!
Amazing film! 10-10. Excellent cinematography and great acting !
For some odd reason i saw this movie 10 times and still love it
0:26, Was Sarge trying to lure Reaper outside to kill him? Or he actually wanted fresh air. 😂
if he got that fresh air he might not have demonized lol
He was trying to get the drop on him but Reaper is too smart to fall for it....he knew he wasnt dealing with The Sarge he knew but a possesed one
When I catch my wife cheating on me 3:34
I love the initial exchange.
"You gonna shoot me?"
"Yeah, I was thinking about it."
"Whatcha got left?"
"Eh, half a [magazine], you?"
"I have...one round!"
