Is it broken?! Huge power loss on the mega cab | This could get expensive quick

Today we are working on Don's mega cab trying to figure out why he is loosing so much power in this truck. once you start to build boost with the truck it dumps off the boost and falls on its face. There are a lot of things going through my head on this anywhere from a simple boost leak all the way up to the factory VGT finally going out. We are going to be doing some basic maintenance on the truck also checking the charge air system for boost leaks.

When I changed my cold side pipe it was all sorts of deformed. Not sure how the boots even stayed on

My boost has never dropped below 8 on the insight even when I zero out the VGT in the EFI live turbo min max tables

Thats really weird, look at your map sensor reading, it could be a bad sensor

Cargill450 my truck is a 2007 Chassis Cab model...The MAP sensor on the cab and chassis is a combination air intake temp sensor/map sensor.
