Recently got an ado beast brand new, when using the app i get the message 'this vehicle has not yet enabled this feature' when trying to access the navigation & eco/sport options on the app. Tried everything to get it working, and ado aint responding to questions on app support.......anybody help ?
I have the EU version of the Air 20S and it does not seem to have a cable to connect a throttle. Is there any way to add the cable or am I out of luck?
I am a happy owner of ADO A20 lite. after purchasing it, I decided to raise the max speed to 30 km in the engineering menu. after 200 km of driving, for some reason, the speed was limited to 25 km. when changing the speed to a lower or higher speed in the engineering menu, nothing changes, just 25 and that's it(. has anyone encountered such a problem or knows what to do about it, I would be grateful for advice
I received the throttle for the EU version A20F BEAST today. After mouting it on the steering bar, establishing the lectrical connection, I then seem to be unable to activate the throttle. Although I seem to have a stable bluettooh connection with the bike, when I go into the app (an update has alredy been performed) I cannot go into „engineering mode“. When I try to do so, I get an error message saying „server internal“ exception or ecexution or similar. Then nothing happens. I have tried to turn off and back on both the bike and the app, no success. How can you help me? What should I do to solve the problem?

As a ADO Air user, this is misleading right now. Navigation does not work since your app is saying “stay tuned”. Also, do not update the firmware via app. I almost bricked the bike.
Hi😃You can update the app, some of the previous functions have been improved, but our navigation function is still in the process of repair, please be patient, if you have other problems, please contact us.

I have ADO Air (international version) and Navigation option is not available for android (not yet). I can't update the firmware as well.
