I need a E-bikes they are so helpful when your disabled. Just trying to find the right one for me. Been watching you and Bryan’s channel (TDR) Thanks my friend
HI. Great set up video. Does this Air 20s come with magnets to keep together when folded. thanks
Looking to get this bike through the Cycle to Work Scheme in the UK. I can't afford a car as they're just too expensive to run and this will help me so much as ill no longer need to rely on Buses that never show up. So excited to get it and hopefully by the end of the month *fingers crossed*
Have you received it yet and if you have whats your thoughts? I'm also looking to get this on the cycle scheme
@winniepeg2020 I've received mine now, it's a decent little bike for me. Only got a 3.8mile commute each way and it gets up the inclines just fine. It feels like you are still doing a bit of exercise and not being a lazy b*stard🤣
Seat post isn't a problem for me because I have a secure locker I store it in👍
I think I definitely would of went for the fiido if they done it on the cyclescheme but they don't which is a shame👎
I seen a UA-cam clip of someone fitting magnets to hold the bike together when folded.
Are the magnets supplied with the bike or do you pay extra ?
When you push the seat tube all the way down does it provide extra standing support when the bike is folded?
Yes
Which one gives better driving feel ado air 20 or ado beast 20f? Please reply.
Depends on your needs, the beast can tackle more serious offroad and has more grunt, it also heavier.
Is the weight of 16kg correct? I heard Ado were caught lying about the weight. It actually weighs more than 16kg. Can you weigh it to check?
The 16kg weight is for the basic EU model bike and it's true. Due to much presume from the customers there was issued the international version of the AIR which has a bigger and heavier motor. Then on the international version you get different brakes, more wiring. Also people asked for rack carrier, mudguards, anti-theft, etc which all add to the weight. Mine has 18.2 kg with international motor, throttle installed, mudguards, kickstand, tail lamp.
@@TechTronic9000 Owners of this ebike are saying 16kg is the weight without the battery. Others are saying the international version weighs 20kg with the battery. If true then Ado is misleading its customers. It's hard to know who to believe.
Yes, they state the weight incorrectly.
TechTronic3000: did you compare the both motors?
The hardware is identical, not heavier.
Cables, plastic mud guard and tail light would account for additional 2 kg. Oh common.
Nothing is metal of these accessories. What are you talking about?
@@sfuchs That's what owners are saying on another social media platform that I'm not even allowed to name here for some reason.
@@winniepeg2020 What's wrong with it? Not enough power?
I’m returning a brand of e bike that I don’t want to say that even though I installed and tightened correctly the handlebars and gooseneck with the front fork of the wheel and bike, the handlebars was not turning the front fork and wheel accordingly. They were never synced and there was a lot of wobbly play making it unsafe to ride. So sad because I got it massively on sale by about $700 due to end of year sale.
Well it seems that you haven't been able to adjust the headset and properly install the handlebar. Just buy a regular bike from a bike shop, they will adjust it locally and that will be of course included in the price ;)
Do you prefer fiido X or ado air 20?
I will give you a biased answer, I will go with ADO AIR 20 because lots of reasons :)
can you unlock the UE version?
No, only the international model can be unlocked.
@@TechTronic9000 what about the throttle ? I would like to know if it would work if I buy it the handle ?
Lovrely but a prefer gears ...
The torque sensor helps a lot so you don't feel the need for gears on normal ride, only if you want to go very fast such as 30-35km/h you will not be able to keep the cadence.
The new Ado Air Pro has two automatic gears
It's look nice, but i don't understand why this can't of bikes always come with the strait stem and handelbar, it looks so muts better with a sort of bmx steer handle, and i don't think the price is any any higher with that.
Probably for less weight, being more compact and easier to fold. Usually a BMX handlebar although better looking is bigger, more heavy and could stand in the way of folding.
@@TechTronic9000 For me is not a problem, i never fold them, it's giving me more comfort of riding.
I dont like torque sensor not one speed
Then get the normal ADO A20, it doesn't have a torque sensor, it has a regular cadence sensor.
