- This kettlebell hypertrophy workout is DECEPTIVE.
SETUP:
EMOM (EVERY MINUTE ON MINUTE)
start a timer for 10 to 30 minutes based on your ability and experience.
ODD MINUTES are 20-25 kettlebell swings. rest until next minute.
EVEN MINUTES are 8 Single Bell High Pull to Clean and OH press from A kneeling lunge position. alternate sides every other even minute.

“The Minuteman” great name for an EMOM and you look like that revolutionary war statue kneeling there. The shoulder launch reminds me of the ballistic missile by the same name.

The kneeling two-hand clean and pressing movement and the cumulative exhaustion and all, down in the mines...also had me thinking of The Mines of Moria, drums in the deep, fighting through and all that...that could have been the beard though.

I’ve been working with a 20 kg bell for a while but just did this with a 16 and 12 kg for about 20 min. Great workout and enough rest to keep going!
Call it “The Deceiver” because I used a 28kg for my swings and a 16kg for my pressed. At the 6min mark i thought it was too easy and switched to my 24kg for presses. I stopped at 26min. Pouring sweat. Great workout 🏋️♀️

This workout is a good one for ladies. I love a swing and it's nice to transition into the other movements. You're working quite a few muscles and it's not complicate or as intimidating as other KB workout combos. This one's a keeper. Thank you.
Kneeling down and lifting bell like chalice, then a little ride with swings. I would call it "THE TEMPLAR".

I added triceps overhead extension at the top and it works great! Very good movement for arm and shoulder development, thanks.

Just done workout, iPhone overheated in the sun halfway through(timer), so had to put it in the fridge then start over again when it cooled down!😂 I’d call it the “sweaty mess!” Judging by me when I’d finished 🤪

I’m sorta new to kettlebells. Would this workout still be effective with a 16kg for swings and 12kg for clean and press? I rolled my ankle so looking to remain fit while healing from running injury
ABSOLUTely. 20 to 25 min would be sufficient
@@kettlebellmusclegain right on time! I just set up my bells to give it a shot. Going to see if I can swing the 20kg, if not the 16kg will do! Just subbed as well!
@@kettlebellmusclegain ended up doing a 30 minute EMOM with 20kg for the swings and 12kg for the high pul, clean and overhead press. That was BEYOND challenging to say the least. Whew!
