Pack it up Patrick. Were on a Walmart budget. That place THINKS its Louis Vuitton 😂😂😂😂 when you said the prices for the rubber trees, I just about ran away 👀
Hey Son, how ya been? What a beautiful nursery! Loved the Kanga pots for the Kanga foot ferns! Can we talk about their Begonias!? Absolutely stunning, and nice to see so many in huge pots! I'm figuring them out still. I lost a couple, gave some away...but still keeping the majority of them alive...lol Funny wasn't into them, but got some 'cause my Mom loves them..and now I'm obsessed...heehee 100 bucks for those Tineke...that is a fancy pants place😂 Ty for the tour!! Wishing you well my dear Patrick...just love ya to pieces! I hope to be in S. Cali soon! Gonna plant shop sooo hard...lol
Pre-covid, Roger's was a field trip destination for senior living busses! I always visit there when I make a trip to So.Cal. They have fun decor items too.
I first saw RG's wonderful hanging garden planters many years ago. Loved them so much. In 2004, I found a large 30" heavy welded wire basket bowl and a 6" resin pagoda in a thrift! Hung it on 3 wires + swivel hook, lined it with coco coir, and have had my mini Japanese landscape ever since! Right now it has Baby Tears, an Elm seedling, a 4" weeping Hemlock and Rattlesnake Orchids (from Ebay). I try to transplant green moss from the yard as "lawn". Later in summer, Kennilworth Ivy sprouts from seeds and starts to hang down just in time for the first frost to kill. Can't have a real Japanese garden, so this is my mini substitute. I did switch out the coir for a product called Supamoss this year. I have some trouble with Magpies shredding coir for nests. I highly recommend that product. It looks like green dryer lint sewn onto plastic, and is a great imitation moss basket liner plus birdproof.
That is great to know!!! I know supermoss! I didn’t think to substitute coco coir with it though! Thanks for that tip! Your garden sounds next level and so gorgeous! 🥰
I find RG overpriced for many plants, yet I have to say they always appear good quality. I usually go for the inspiration, then go to HD to get similar plants / pairing for the garden. Honestly, it is gorgeous there, but I never go with the intent to buy (I’m kinda the same with Armstrong) I have yet to try their restaurant as you usually have to make reservations, but I hear it’s excellent. Also, it’s absolutely beautiful there during Christmas….their tree decorations are simply amazing!
I’m with you all the way! I never go with the intent to buy but sometimes I’ll stumble upon a good deal on a plant I want or maybe there’s a beautiful pot that I can’t leave lol Christmas there is next level!
I love shopping videos! I’m not always able to get out, I have a special needs adult son. So I’m really enjoying your shopping & my online purchases lol
Well, I’m more than happy to take you along my plant shopping adventures and I love plant mail :) I’m so glad you’re enjoying my channel! I appreciate you too! And thanks for your helpful tips! 🥰💕
$30 for a tradescantia Nanook. Are you kidding me. No no no. I don't think that was a rose in the hanging basket I think it was a begonia. And philodendron Brasil in the skull pot. Or a rat tail cactus. Thanks see you in the next.
The hanging blingie things are awesome. I would have never thought to plant something in them. The can be used for water Cain's, beautiful art in the outside garden. I really like this shop! Thank you for showing the pots💚 I have mostly white pots, like 98% of my plants are in white pots. So seeing all the different styles is really interesting to me. ✌️💚😊
Enjoyed watching 👍
I’m glad to hear it! Thank you Glovana! 🥰🙌🏽
Oh em gee. Ketchup and mustard rose bush 🤤 💚💚💚
Right?!
I Love the Thai constellation Maranta!!! Lol🌱❤😉🌱❤
I did too 😍😝

That is a really nice nursery enjoyed the tour I would have had to get at least two begonias lol I’m about begonias like you are about the Brazil haha
Those begonias were so beautiful! 😍
Wow, those mixed pots where beautiful! And I so agree with you about pepperomias. Just what do they want? They seem to change their minds a lot! :-o
I’m glad I’m not the only one in the dark with peperomias! 😅🤷🏻♂️
OMG totally like a real housewife
Let us see some bromeliads and some garden plants thanks
That 💀 pot!! 🤤 I’ve been looking for one! I don’t think I’d pay that much for it, though. 💚💚
The price is also what’s making me think twice/thrice about getting that pot… IT’S SO COOL THOUGH!! 👌🏽
🚶♂️step away from the Brazil 🇧🇷's 💚😛💕😁!!!
😝💛💚🇧🇷
I imagine real housewives would have an umbrella holder and a glass of wine while plant shopping.
Ooh! I knew I was missing something!! Haha I wish! 😝😂

Good call on the begonia! I wasn’t tall enough to see that 😂 and that skull pot! I need it! I think I’m gonna back for it!
Loved the tour, but did you see any succulents? Generally they have a large selection there.
I must have missed them! Darn! I’ll have to go back 😋
3:00 those are begonias. This verity make good house plants where I am located 😉

Nice garden centre... A bit on the pricey side tho
Prices, way out of my range🙄wouldn't really buy anything there, not my type of vibe❤🌱🤗🌱❤
I agree! Although some of those pots are tempting me to go back 🥴😂
