wow what an amazing journey you have had. i can relate to almost all of it.. - its interesting isnt it, that the specialists, dont seem interested in whole body healing, rather than just concentrating on one thing.. ive asked them similar questions.. and get shut down quiet promptly. .. i even went to a nutritionist, and was given the food pyramid, i said gee ive not seen this since grade school.. rolls eyes complete waste of time.. for me.. .. i dont have alot of faith in these meds or drs anymore. i also have been trying to heal my self with food /diet etc.. with minimal success. i will need to look into this thanks very much for your openness. im on all the meds. no pain relief .. other than anti inflams. but i dont consider that pain relief.. wheres the relief? mm.. i remember one of the first videos i saw of yours, one of the experiences u mentioned about not being able to pull the covers up, wen u were in bed.. ( i cried at that, as i have had same issues in the past befor i was medicated. was soooo horrible.. ) couldnt wipe my self after the loo.. .. without crying.. .. like.. wow.. - i could go on about this for yrs.. lol.. im sure u all can relate on some level.
also. what was this infusion the lady was mentioning.. maybe i missed what it was.. i did see something recently about blood transfusions from healthy people.. maybe re setting the immune system. im not sure how good this is.. just something i heard recently..

I’m trying to reduce the Prednisolone but it’s painful. I’ve been offered Remicade infusion. That terrifies me. Getting suicidal now. Living in isolation and pain. I hate cucumber and celery.
Any advice on moving from baseline to additional foods consistently? Everytime I add a few things, I hit a roadblock. I feel stuck. Ive been doing your program since spring 2024. Also, how do you feel about Moringa Powder? Thanks
