How To Access 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander Hidden Dealer Menu

- Hi y’all, I was looking for some help online on forums, UA-cam, anywhere to see if I could find a way to change the Bluetooth speaker setting that limits the sound of calls to the front passenger side speaker on the door panel but could not find one for my 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander. Instead I found a couple of other videos showing how to access the hidden dealer menu by pressing the MEDIA and POWER button simultaneously. Unfortunately I’m still looking forward help on the Bluetooth speaker thing. Tomorrow I’ll be going to the dealership to see if Mitsubishi knows how to resolve this. Thanks for watching.
Try changing the from left hand drive to right hand drive. I'm happy in Australia and my Bluetooth is the left speaker

I have same issue. Touchscreen seems locked but steering wheel controls are working. No access from stereo screen. Any suggestions please?
Mines the saMe problem, 80% locked up , this is after a service, whoever updated the software needs to be sacked, cause they didn't check it, it's useless to me at the moment
Did you figure out why sound was only coming from one side from Bluetooth?? I'm having same issue and am wondering if there's something I can change or if it's just another glitch in the outlander

its so theres no echo. sound comes from the one speaker so it doesnt interfere with the mic
Except that every other manufacture is able to provide a much better bluetooth audio experience with simple echo cancelling software built into the system.
I did a factory reset on the radio and now the CarPlay/Apps “box” is no longer displaying on the screen. Been battling with mitsubishi since last year about it

@@princessnana9791 try disconnecting the car battery 🔋 to reset the entire computer and see if that might bring it back

@@checkenginelighthelp not sure but tried it correctly. Maybe the system programme is slightly different. I was trying it because my touchscreen is not working after the week of cold temperatures we had here.

@@TheFondips I talked to a mechanic at the dealership and he said it’s standard on all Mitsubishi’s and that was it. I will follow up in a couple of months to see if an update is available
