  • You guys are amazing! thank you so much for all the nice comments on this build series! We are almost done welding! Lets get this car back on the road.
my 1969 volvo amazon had a bad Cilinder head. While that is at the shop we are going to weld and paint the complete car!
This car has been bought by me on the 20th of april 2022 and has been driven half a year as a daily. That was around 13.000 kilometers.
The engine will be back soon so we need to start fixing the rust problems on the car!

Hey. Thanks for making all those videos. This is so much effort beside the acctual repair. You are a legend!
2 years ago I started watching your 240 videos and was so inspired to get me a 240 wagon and I did! :D.
Now I'm watching your amazon series and looking for an amazon to buy 🤣. Somebody stop me! 😂

I just found your channel. I have watched all the videos on this project. I have enjoyed watching them. I'm impressed with your skills. That's going to be a very nice car when you are done. Good for you

Thank you so much and good to hear that you like it! I need to find some time to get going again. I moved last month to a bigger shop and the amazon has been in the corner since the day we pushed her into the shop 😅
The car needs paint right now and paint means spending big money. And with building my own shop that is a bit difficult right now.
I'll try to get some work done as soon as i can!

You are not the only one 😉 Can't wait to drive this beauty again. I do think she got a bit heavier with all the new metal 😂

Hi from UK, please can you make the videos longer i'm enjoying them very much, cheers

Hi. when i started youtube i used to make them longer but people started complaining that they were to long and boring.
i work on my car 2 days a week. If i make the video's longer right now i can't keep up to post every 7-9 days..
But i will try to make it work!! Thanks for the comment!

@@trevormorris3328 Actually I think the videos have a good length. As I create such videos myself it is difficult to find the perfect solution as to not to bore the viewer but keeping the "effort" for extravagant camera work in a reasonable frame.
If you don't cut corners you suddenly take at least double or triple the time just by capturing repairing your car, thus reaching fewer actual milestones. And fewer milestones mean less interesting content.
So I really enjoy the videos and how they progress and compress the 2days a week timeframe.

If you don't make video's yourself you couldn't know how hard it is i guess. Thanks for pointing this out 🙂
I've been doing youtube for 4 years now. And i've tried everything to adjust the content to my viewers liking but you can never please the full 100% of the viewers 😁
New content has been made today as i found new fenders and maybe a new car 🤔
