Thank you for this recipe. I am eating it now with some cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and green onions. I did now know lentils were much higher in protein than chickpeas. I'm vegan so I will probably be making this recipe at least once week.

Fyi: the word “ hummus” actually means : a thick paste or spread made from ground chickpeas and sesame seeds, olive oil, lemon, and garlic, made originally in the Middle East.

I watched this video thinking it would be one of those top 3 first videos with at least 4mil views. You sound really chill and nice and I am absolutely doing this tomorrow. Ive got my lentils ready and soaking for the night :)

what u say is consistent and good, u explain well and have a really nice face but the editing of the video and the lack of background song makes it seem plain and boring (which is not) but try and make it more appealing if u want more views

I know it’s a matter of personal taste, but when I watch videos with background music and someone talking over the top, I can’t concentrate on what’s being said. It’s probably because I’m old now - youngsters can do music and talking at the same time! But I like to listen to a calm gentle person explaining things so I don’t get dizzy (I have a disability that makes it quite painful to tolerate loud music) and I love these recipes so I really appreciate the quiet places and am looking forward to trying this one :)
