Wow, I have been in great shape most of my life until I tore my rotator cuffs and lately only gentle yoga and yin. I really know I need and want to get back in shape for real. This was really challenging and I see how much I need it. I need to be careful with my shoulders and neck with arthritis, too, but know a strong back is so important. Thanks for your videos with Therabands! I've been traveling for a long time and have had my band packed but just opened the bag to begin! lol

I got out of shape because of the shoulder and spine and neck arthritis. I mainly do Hatha and Yin yoga but need to be stronger. It's very painful to do, but I gotta do it, especially at 65. Love this one too. Another one I had not tried yet. Love challenging self on balance. Instead of having to use a chair or wall to balance, I stood close to fireplace. And only lay a hand on side of hearth, but majority done with better balance and not letting my head take over. Or convince me not to try. Thanks bunches ☺️❤️

I couldn't make my band to stay under my feet for the first part,I tried 3 type of shoes,I guess the best way it was barefoot. Thank you Vanessa, brilliant as usual.
You are very welcome 🙋♀️🌞 good job. Sometimes it's tricky with the band. You could also check your band is fully open, not folded over aswell. And maybe try pointing or keeping the foot neutral, this may need to change with each exercise too. Hope this helps 👌
Well done for doing this video! With neck tension do the neck release videos on that playlist, and also be sure your core is working well 🤗 neck issues can come and go also depending on your other movements/ computer work/ how you sleep etc.
Great question! It really depends what's available in each country. I would say pay a little more for good quality bands, instead of super cheap ones from a discount store or something as they will break quickly. I am working on getting my own bands for you all.
Hi Christina 😀👌 I don't know USA availability as I'm in Australia! But I would ask a local physical therapist if they have good ones as that quality tends to be better than some on amazon. Having said that, get a few off Amazon in different strengths and they will do the job! 💪🙏 I am currently trying to source my own:)
