- Adrian wanted a medium length wavy haircut inspired by Harry Styles. Dan found a photo for inspiration of Harry Styles in 2020, and this was the best Harry Styles haircut for Adrian's wavy hair type so they worked to that to give a look reminiscent of the Harry Styles haircut.

Jesus, this is *the* most perfect haircut video I've ever watched. The hairstyle the guy wanted was an awesome hairstyle to begin with, and the barber nailed it, and it looked perfect on his client. Amazing, great job!!

I have a new found respect for this wavy medium length haircut and style. Those with this haircut make it look like a very casual, uncalculated girlfriend-ran-her-fingers-through-my-hair, effortless sort of thing. Meanwhile, it's the total opposite in terms of the effort and calculations of the barber/stylist. There are so many factors and levels of complexity. Of course, Dan nails it as usual. #Mind-blown. 🤯 Ka-pow!

before you get to the length you want, get a tidy up haircut where it's cut shorter (but not shaved) on the sides, longer on the top ?

Not a hair out of place when finished, but what will it look like tomorrow? A bit overdone especially use of the razor after doing such a great cut with his magical scissors. At that point after his perfect shaping with the scissors, the hair can be combed in any direction and look good. Trying too hard to reach "perfection" is not always good in the long run.
I know this is an old video but if I were to go to a hair stylist, what should I ask for specifically to get this hair style ?
