If Range Rover and g wagon the same price the g wagon is very tempting but g wagon double the price and it barley better . I would be very happy with my Range Rover half the price and as good and Mabey even more luxury . If it break the money I save I can just buy another . There no way 2 Range Rover don’t last over a g wagon. They just have electronically issue that can be fixed no big hardware issues . Like every high tech modern car

You can buy a used Range Rover just get a extended warranty
I have 2019 Land Rover Discovery HSE Luxury which has been great much more reliable than the 2016 Porsche Cayenne or 2018 Volvo XC90 t6i which was bought back under lemon law. The Volvo in 6 months had the computer replaced and the engine replaced and still failed again. The Disco has had no issues at all so far but only 5,600 miles in, but more miles in than the engine replacement on the Volvo. Looked at the Range Rover sport since the six cylinder model is essentially the same price as the Disco, but liked the 3rd row and space of the Disco in the end since I do have two kids. Liked the HSE a little better but we wanted to cut off at 75k instead of 100k since we buy our cars. And based on how much we like or reliable they are we keep them different lengths of time. We still own a 2014 MB E class since it’s trouble free and 97k miles, it’s been an amazing commuter car. Tried replacing it with a Tesla S that quickly was tossed, very unreliable and way too many issues. We may drive the E class until it’s dead since I don’t really care for the new E class and haven’t found a great replacement yet.

My 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT is a monster, I don't ever have to worry about any issues. I'v owned BMW, Lexus, Range Rover and etc. Honestly this Grand Cherokee has been a game changer for me. I don't think il ever go back to those German vehicles ever again, not to mention that the parts for those German vehicles is crazy expensive, had to get a slight paint scratch fixed on my Range Rover ended up costing me more then 2500.

Completely agree on the point about the difference between the V8 Supercharged Dynamic vs SVR
Also, you can pay $1K and get an ECU tune on the V8 and bump it up to more HP than the SVR.

Chris I agree the SVR looks more aggressive. But you can get the SVR sound with a tune too. I recently got one on my V8 SC and it sounds like a beast with the SVR burbles.

The new ones are not horribly unreliable. For instance my families 2012 lr4 has not had a single problem in over 100k miles.
I own a 2010 Range Rover sport supercharged and its been nothing but reliable to me. I don’t know why people say it’s unreliable.

Nah. I have a 2019 Range Rover Sport and I got it around the same time as this guy. Just reached 10k miles and nothing has happened yet. Minor technology flicks but that is it. Super reliable and a great car.
My 2018 RR Sport has almost 20K Miles. It's been Horribly Reliable. Not a single problem.

I owned a 2018 Range Rover Sport and sold it at 47k miles. After many decades of owning nice cars I have to say that the RRS was a great looking piece of unreliable crap. These cars are for the most part a ticking time bomb. There are always exceptions but the Range Rover line is really a gamble that I would not take.
Can you please do a video on Range Rover cons, I'm considering one. There are many videos on how great it is, but we all know all cars have pros and cons. Please do an honest review
They are expensive and can have minor electronics issues, sometimes more serious reliability problems. Always keep it under warranty. I discuss these cons in the reviews I've done of range rovers! Check them out on the channel

Everything the owner described sounded more like a Panamera than a Range Rover. Fast, east to fit 4 people in, and can hold luggage.....at least range rovers hold their value pretty good....but nothing like a 911. Especially a gt3.....if that was me I would hold onto that. With the new turbo 911 the older na cars will be sky rocketing in price in the next 4 years.

I'll just tell you my story, I own a 2019 RRS Autobiography owned 10months with 4500miles and its going into the shop for its 6th time this week (100% electric issues). At this point its buyback or replacement. Also last I drove 40miles and I was getting 24.8MPG which is excellent for as you mentioned a 500hp+ V8 SC engine

I beat a few scatpacks, mustang gts, camaro ss, hellcats from the light to 80-90mph. That was in my 2017 full size supercharged, sold my 17 x5m for a 17 svr with a 1-50 paint job. Love rovers!
I’ve got an SVR it’s mega 👍...luckily I don’t do to many miles so not to expensive...no problems at all 🇬🇧

The sport is a very good suv, but the sport svr, thats the best suv. Edit: the G63 is a beast and the x5m and the gle 63s. But the sport sva doesnt really compare with these in terms of speed and price, the svr is. Its also around the 150-200k like those its also in the high 3s to low 4s 0-60 and top speed at around 180. The cornering is incredible. I think it is worth nearly double the sva because it might be only 50hp more but its more then a second quicker and on the China tiammen run is faster then a Ferrai 458 italia. I also think the svr is the best looking suv the facelift with the carbon bonnet the vets and the sport is I think has the best interior. I have to make this statment the sva isnt even close to the svr, there is no comparison feels like a supercar vs mini van based on cornering, sound, straight line, and just the way you feel the road. Again faster then a 458 italia on track.

I had a 2016 RR SC w/13K miles and the front stability control module (or something like that) went out... it was also making a squeaking sound up front. That scared me into trading it.

People always talking about “I lease because it saves money” $1,700 a month to lease this for 3 years you can call land river to confirm so let’s do the numbers car cost $87,900 specd similar to this in those 3 years you will pay $61,200 to lease this plus lease initiation $5,500 so you are telling me that in the 3 years you just lost $66,700 meaning the car should be with $21,200? People who lease are fools. I purchased a 1 year used Range Rover full size for $88,500 I will drive it for three years sell it for $65 - 70k meaning at worst I lost $23,500 a hell of a lot less then a lease! And it is still certified pre owned! You have to be a total idiot to lease cars just listen to Dave Ramsey 😉
I picked an x5 recently over a range...purly because the equipment in the BMW is a lot more robust, user friendly and of course more diverse than this indian car trying to look expensive but not actually giving me value for money....jus my thoughts....

Hmm........bmw is more reliable... and value stays higher than a RR. I love ramge rovers drive...but I dont trust the car. I trust BMW or lexus. I own the 2018 rx350 f sport.... I got the full package for less than a basic range rover sport and the value of my car stays up there. Best valued car is lexus.

Looks good, feels good, but RR sucks! Unreliable! Brand new RR PHEV 2020 I bought 3 months ago from dealer is still in service 4th time waiting to be fixed. JLR neither replaced nor refunded! Going to court. Customer service is horrible!

AandA 100% true no clue why these people hate on RR. Never had issues except for the screen going black which was fixed right away. And that was 1 out of 5 them that had an issue
