Seeing these guys live, after wanting to for almost 20 years, and managing to sneak our way to the front row over the span of 5 hours, is a core memory for my sister and I. “It’s so fucking late and you guys are still fucking here!!” So much insane energy for 1am, they’re incredible. ❤

In 2008, my family was evicted from our home. My two older sisters and I were placed in a group home. Because of the special circumstances, my sister was allowed to bring her acoustic guitar with her. We sat in that concrete room, bars on the walls, and all sang this song together. This was one of my favorite songs back in 10th grade!! There cd was on replay on my Walkman!!
My little brother killed himself a year ago. Since we were kids, this was OUR song. We went through so much together . I'm living it without him now. I miss you Austin
Ah man, sorry for your loss.
@@ZacklFair I appreciate your kindness
so sorry for your lost rip.
Please accept my deepest condolences 😭
From April 2011 to now, and my life isn't any better. All I ask for is to go back in time and change it to where I did grow up with you. While I understand that the grass isn't always greener, it would be worth the try. Then I'd know if I were to ever have any value.
When T Swift does a song like this, it's heartbreak, when it's a man, it's called grunge or Angst. We're not allowed to feel but thank God for the music like this.
Idk who Matt Cutshall, but thank you for bringing everyone back.
He's definitely worth checking out if you're into cringey 2000's emo.
Forgot how much I love this song.... ugh... feels..

Truly. Memories...

I definitely took the 90s and early 2000s for granted. Where's a time machine when I need one?
The last “Until the day I die” just hits different. That scream is like no other
Why there's no such music like this nowadays? Listening in the middle of corona pandemic
There will never be another SOTY. They were/are AMAZING.

One of the most underrated pop punk bands of the 2000s
Post hardcore
The drumming near the end is amazing. Sounds like my heart when I eat greasy food.
No fucking clue who RomanAtwood or whatever is, I'm here because SOTY has been and always will be my favorite band on the planet.
Yeah \m/
sadly they missed need for speed underground, that was the game that got me into soty back in 2004, then thats how i grew into the metal scene, yeah ik soty is posthardcore but via them i had the chance to know bands like pantera, despised icon and the list could go on
I love this fucking song. 🌵
Chris Purdy romanatwood is the drummer i think
Pats Fan Nah, he's not the drummer.
Damn, listening to this again for the first time in a minute and I almost cried just thinking back to the old days. What even is life now. Wow.

Been listening to this song since 2004. Bring back thousands of memories from my younger self. I still need this now, cause I know I still do!
I miss this music it brings back memories.
Dad I miss you
R.i.p dad
Seeing these guys live, after wanting to for almost 20 years, and managing to sneak our way to the front row over the span of 5 hours, is a core memory for my sister and I. “It’s so fucking late and you guys are still fucking here!!” So much insane energy for 1am, they’re incredible. ❤
I jumped to fences at the boardwalk in ft Walton while on...well let's just say illegal stuff and had the concert of our fucking lives. Had like maybe 20 bucks to my name but not a worry or problem to worry about. Best times of my life. Period.
IDK about some of you... But so many of these songs... Kept me going on in this world!! I will always come back to many of these beats!!
In 2008, my family was evicted from our home. My two older sisters and I were placed in a group home. Because of the special circumstances, my sister was allowed to bring her acoustic guitar with her. We sat in that concrete room, bars on the walls, and all sang this song together. For a second, we forgot where we were. So, this song means a lot to me. I'm glad I can come back to it with positive memories, despite such a dark time
❤️
It's 2023 now and I'm Still Jammin" This Awesome Song 🎵 From my Boy's Story of The Year. Rock On 🤘🤘
The girl who I loved for a long time passed away from a overdose a month back. We were so close. A part of me died when I heard the news. I still reminisce of her like it was yesterday
Head up champ
😭
I too lost the the guy I loved due to an accidental overdose. It's sad but we have to hang on for them and stay strong. Listening to this music reminds me of the good times.. Sorry for your loss.
Still here listening. Bringing back them old days.
I’m gonna keep listening to this song…
Until the day I die!
love this band, this song, these times...
Only the younger arrived.
As an early 2000s kid that was born in the mid 90s, I truly appreciate music like this growing up 🖤
Their best song by far - love it
"You remind me of the times when I knew who I was" still gets me lol
Almost 40, this still hits like it was yesterday playing on our local alternative station.
I remember taping this on a VHS and watching it endlessly back in the day.
Thank you to this song Untill the day i die from story of the year, during this time when i was middle school it was remedy against depression. God vless you and thank you again for all the memories - your fan, john
