Amber Turd's off-the-scale greed and entitlement are utterly sickening! She demanded millions from Johnny Depp, after a mere 15 month marriage that produced no children. And she's a wealthy woman in her own right, with the ability to continue to earn millions as an actress (whose raised profile and bankability is mostly down to her association with superstar Depp). Why then did she act like a dependant little wife in the divorce negotiations?
The fact she fraudulently claimed she was gifting her divorce settlement from him to two charities is yet another outrage, proving exactly how toxic, dishonest and self serving she is!
The Turd has betrayed all women with her false abuse allegations. Thanks to her, even fewer women will come forward and report dangerous, abusive males. As a result, they may stay with their abusers and even be killed by them. Amber Heard has women's blood on her hands.

Her lawyers are ridiculous. They shouldn’t be asking crucial questions they don’t already know the answer to. They have no control over any narrative at the moment, & digging a very deep grave. Also, if they wanted to discredit the psychologist in choosing a certain test, they should have had a more studied test ready to argue for, and hammer her on why that one wasn’t used, while also picking apart the used test in comparison..but they did nothing like that. It’s almost as if AH’s team is TRYING to lose the case. All they’re doing is adding credibility to Johnny’s witnesses. It’s utterly bizarre.

I would think the average person doesn’t know what board certified means, so I don’t think that’s a bad thing to do. Sleazy yes, possibly effective to stick “not certified” in jury’s mind. But given they have nothing else to stand on, they should probably focus on bpd and how the disorder could cause her perception to be that he was abusive. But oh well.

The concept of grace (in action) is often very hard to find in our current society, and like a impossibly rare phenomenon in celebrity life. Grace shown toward those suffering from mental illness is still woefully absent as a mitigating factor.
      Still time to consider:
Do I recall seeing somewhere online that Marilyn Manson & Depp are friends/party "associates"? Given Manson's alleged crimes, I believe that were I representing Heard, this could be effectively used to paint Depp in a more negative light.

Juries can be pretty smart sometimes - I remember the one with the CEO charged with embezzlement or shady “loans,” and kept bringing up the CEO’s 5k shower curtain and video from his ridiculously lavish parties, with models walking around as Greek statues. One old guy on the jury said later “that just made the prosecution look weak and manipulative - what did the parties have to do with whether he got that money legally or not? They just wanted to make us not like the guy.” It was a hung jury and in the next trial the prosecution toned down the “rich shaming” and got the conviction.
Same with just “trying to destroy” witnesses - often backfires and comes across as lack of a true defense, plus making people dislike the lawyer/defendant.

Nope, this is civil not criminal. That's why they let the doctor slide. No way no how would those lawyers have allowed the doctor to diagnose with 2 disorders if they don't plan on using it in closing. They know they're sunk. They know their client is a liar. But 1st amendment guarantees you a lawyer and they know it's going to take long, but best of all, they know they are going to be paid.
Guaranteed, those lawyers would have found conflicting circumstances if they thought for a second amber was footing the bill. And they know she can't do 5 million let alone the 50 asked for. They are going to claim her bpd in closing and say that she's not functional. (wonder what's going to happen to her child) then they will lay the blame at aclu doors and the paper. This will go on for a long time. Disney will have to make a quiet deal with him or find him a new character. Having watched a few movies in which Amber Heard had a substantial role, I'm confident she lacks the talent to persuade the jury - or anyone else - she's not a domestic abuser, not a pathological liar, and not the horrific, toxic narcissist Johnny Depp's attorneys have shared that she totally is.
That's exactly who Amber Heard is, and Depp has conclusively proved it! Whatever verdict the jury returns, Johnny won this. His witnesses have all been people of high calibre and morals, who've known him for decades and never experienced or witnessed anything even approaching abusive behaviour. On the contrary, their testimony has without exception reflected a kind, generous and fundamentally decent man - the very opposite of an abuser. Johnny Depp has got this!

@@glamdolly30Johnny being a kind, generous and fundamentally decent man in general is not the point, though. Was he abusive to Amber or not: yes or no? Or to be clearer: can it be proved -- yes or no? If I were a lawyer and his true friend, I would have advised Johnny to let it blow over and not take it to court years ago. As much as I dislike Amber and thought she was a forest of red flags, I know it's often impossible to see what's happening inside a marriage from the outside. Johnny also, IMHO, was a forest of red flags, 20+ years older than Amber, and he presumably knew better. So whether or not he's got this (probably yes), will what he has really be worth it? It might feel like it for a short while, but it's at the price of having his private life and character dragged in front of the whole world.

@@floraposteschild4184 To be falsely accused of being a 'wife beater' is about as serious as libel gets - possibly only one up from paedophilia. So I 100% understand Johnny Depp's decision to pursue this woman and her damaging lies through the courts. She sought to assassinate his character, knowing it would affect his public profile and therefore his livelihood.
Heard did this for two reasons - simple malice, and to elevate her own image and exploit the 'me too' movement for her own ends, presenting herself as a heroine of that movement, Her additional lies, particularly her repeated, self-serving and totally bogus claim to have donated her $7m divorce settlement to two named charities, have also been blown out of the water by Johnny Depp's lawyers.
At no point have Heard's legal team been able to prove any of the alleged abuse on Depp's part. Their case against him is so fundamentally weak and lacking foundation, they have tried to conflate his drink and drug use with abuse. That's a very cynical and disingenuous strategy, which I hope the jury has seen through. Depp has never denied his addiction issues. But to be an addict is a very different thing to being an abuser!
The fact Depp has presented so well in court (and his calm, kind nature been confirmed by so many independent witnesses), has been central to his case - because it goes to the heart of his character and credibility. A decent man would not have been guilty of the heinous physical violence Heard has alleged.
Whatever the jury verdict, Amber Heard will not emerge from these proceedings with honour or credibility, because time and time again it has been shown it was she, not he, who was the aggressor and abuser in their relationship. Her personal assistant, among others, confirmed her appalling behaviour - there have been no such third party claims of aggression against Johnny Depp.

Johnny Depp achieved a level of success 99.9 percent of actors are unable to achieve because he possesses an innate natural charisma 99.9 percent of all people in the world don’t, including Amber. Regardless of what you have against him, he is going to win the public-and the jury-over with his natural charm, without even trying, and that’s exactly what he’s doing

It's good to see your take on this wild situation & as you said, we're all watching! It's crazy but he did the right thing to do it in openly though. Like Johnny Depp said, he lost "nothing less than everything". He also said he did this for his children, so that they aren't going to continually have to live with hearing these things. Regarding the $50 million, one of Johnny's witnesses was a very high level/powered person in Hollywood & testified with a full analysis that the losses Johnny Depp sustained due to being dropped by Disney estimate $40 million. & she's now fully openly accused him of beatings and horrific sexual assault. It's just horrendous. How someone creates all this I'll never know. Thank goodness there's actually some humor in a lot of the moments though! Ok great video True Crime Loser as always!

Rottenborn looks like an absolute clownshoe for objecting so much that he even objected to himself. During Johnny's Cross examination they did have multiple objections in quick succession right at the end and it completely obliterate her team's flow, but Johnny's team know they can win points back during the redirects, so it's not as much of a huge deal most of the time and it shows total confidence.

    • @Kitkatklaws
      @Kitkatklaws 2 роки тому +2

@@aimipon Rottenborn didn’t object to himself, it was actually another lawyer on Amber’s team who was cross examining the Scottish guy who objected to himself. He’s younger than Rottenborn and attempts to be as aggressive as Rottenborn is, but you can tell how much quicker and nastier Rottenborn is when he takes the stand. Not sure why people keep confusing the two. I think the reason why the lack of objections is worrying is perhaps because of the jury, particularly where the jury is from. This is happening in VA. Northern VA is much more liberal than the south so there’s probably a good 50/50 split where some of the jury stand politically/socially. My worry is any weakness by Johnny’s defense could make jury members who are already predisposed to take Amber’s side no matter what think that Johnny is more culpable than they did before. But Johnny’s lawyer is a beast so I’m sure they know what they’re doing, it’s just frustrating to see Rottenborn and his lackeys act like such assholes

When people sue for millions - they never ever see that amount of money, and the person they are suing does not have that amount of money, but it restricts the person in the future from earning huge amounts, by writing a book, or selling their story, etc. For example, Chris Watts was sued for Millions for the death of Shann'an, and the girls, plus the end of her pregnancy, by her parents, they never saw the money, they will be lucky if they see a dime, once the house is sold and items CW owned, is sold. It will only cover their lawyers fees .... but they have made sure he never earns anything from writing a book, getting an Author to write his story, as any proceeds will be taken from him, in this case. Suing CW was just an exercise to ensure he never profits from his crimes!!
