You have a very small time window to use the bomb, so it's almost impossible to do if you wait to get hit. When I got it, it was because I was planning to use the bomb beforehand and I just happened to get hit when I did.
This game, the easiest? Not a chance. IN is WAY easier. Even I was able to 1cc that one, and I'm so bad at danmaku that all my continues aren't enough for PCB.
The only real problem with IN is the time mechanic It's good for new players allowing them to continue as much as they want, but it's a pain when you're trying to do a 1cc because you have to manage the human-youkai meter so well
