- Use this Masking Tape and Glue Hack instead of clamps in those tricky situations that are too awkward to get a clamp on things. This handy little trick is something all woodworkers, carpenters, finishing carpenters, DIYers should know. It is especially handy when woodworking and running a cnc. if you ever needed to know how to hold a piece of wood or a board or a warped board down in a cnc when the vacuum doesn't suck it down then this works great. I used this in a project where I wasn't able to get my Epoxy River Table to hold down in the cnc because of a warp in so I used 2 part glue and masking tape to hold it down and it worked great. I also test using double sided tape to hold things and method also works. I also show some other ways to use this tape and glue hack to hold a laser level on a non magnetic surface, cutting multiple pieces at once, and fixing gaps in plank flooring or laminate flooring. hopefully this video is of use to you!
Great delivery! I live and die by this trick.
Thanks! It's a good one to know
Thanks. Your ideas are interesting and I plan to use them

What is the 2 part glue?
Good question! So stupid of me I didn't mention it once in the video. It's CA glue with an activator. I'm using a brand called Miter Bond in the video another common brand is fast caps 2P10, and I believe gorilla glue has one as well and I'm probably sure there's many more that I can't think about off the top of my head
It's not a 2 part glue. It's any ca glue and an accelerator. You don't need any specific kit. I use Zapp glue with whatever accelerator I can get at the time.
