You should consider recording and uploading in 60 FPS. The difference in smoothness between the gameplay and the b-roll is pretty jarring. Apart from that, this is very good content brother. Keep it up!
No coating, I have no problems with humidity. Not sure about the heat treatment but the quality and durability is up there with Artisan. Stitching isnt quite as good but the surface is really well done.

420x490 is perfection. 500 takes too much vertical space. anything more than 450mm vertically is too much imo
