The Reebok Legacy Lifter III is the third model to debut in Reebok's popular Legacy Lifter weightlifting shoe line.
This model features a lot of similarities to the Reebok Legacy Lifter II with a couple of major construction updates including a reworked upper and Reebok Pump system.
As a fan of the Reebok Legacy Lifter II, I was super excited to start testing the Reebok Legacy Lifter III and sharing my first thoughts.

5:33 Legacy Lifter III First Impressions
10:33 Initial Sizing Thoughts
Thus far, I've found the Reebok Legacy Lifter III to be a little lackluster with its overall construction updates.
Granted, I've only had one session in this shoe so my opinion is prone to change, however, I think I expected more from this model as the Legacy Lifter II is a really solid weightlifting shoe.
This model feels similar to the II but has a few updates that I'm not necessarily sold that add to this shoe's overall performance.

I enjoy all your reviews and real-world use! 😍😍😍😍
Thank you! 🤝
The legacy lifter 2's are my first weight lifting shoes and i love them so much! I think they will go on sale now the 3's have come out and I would advise people to get them.
Also the pump feature sounds like it eliminates the feeling of security you have when lacing up your shoe.
I ordered mines for £80. I'm quite happy. 😊
Great review, Jake!! Thank you for sharing.

@@thatfitfriend Ohh I didn't know there's a full review, going to check it out next!
Sweet! Shout if you have additional questions 🤝
Thanks for the review! I'm a TTS 10, but have Nano X half size up 10.5. Just ordered this model TTS 10, wanted to check if that's a safe bet. Dont have other weightlifting shoes as a benchmark.
Should be okay, tbh! Luckily Reebok has a good return policy in the even you have to size up a half-size. Definitely keep me posted as it helps me with future recommendations!
Thank you and I'll have an in-depth review coming the future!
@@thatfitfriend Thanks. Just got the pair in. 10 fits fine! Probably half size up would even give me some heel slip. Overall narrower toe box but longer than the nano X as a comparison. From a QC perspective, was there a slight crease on the leather in the front toebox of the shoe when unboxing at first? I have one and wasnt sure if it was normal or a defect.
I don’t see how the pump can be useful, the narrower toe box is not cool. Great one Jake!
Great! I got my Legacy Lifter 2 for 65 bucks!!
Strong play, my friend 👟
Im so jealous I cant find deals anywhere
@@primo5244 If I find any, I'll drop em' here!
Hi Jake,
I have tried on the 2s in both size 9.5 and 10. The 9.5s are perfect lenghtwise, but a bit narrow. The 10s are fine in the width, but makes my feet slip a little inside. Do you think a size 10 of the 3s with the pump system could work for me?
Potentially...it's really tough to say, though. You may be one of the few cases where the pump system comes in clutch, lol!
I had legacy 1 version and unfortunately i lost it. It was just perfect shoe for me, solid shoes. Do you recommend this version for me ? Sould i buy legacy 3
The 1s were tanks!
Yeah, the 3 should be a solid option for you as well! If you can find the 2s on sale, then you may want to opt for those, but either way you should be set with them!
Great review. Can you post the link for the Blenis video you mentioned?
Thank you! Yep, he's a great resource if you're not already following him. See below.

@@thatfitfriend awesome man, thanks!
@@Voodoo1Six welcome 🤝
You may have been asked this before and i know your main focus is shoes but what shorts/shirts do you recomoned for HIIT style workouts?
Short wise, I love the TT Interval and Legends Luka. Shirt wise, I typically rock my friend's brands that aren't necessarily HIIT-focused, so I'm not the best guy to ask for that!
Good video, do some more fitness videos - "Day of eating", "Diet tips", "Weekly training program", "Upper body workout"(including sets and reps), "Best exercises for Quads/Hamstrings" etc.
It'll blow up your channel🚀📈
Love those ideas! I do plan to do a little more of this in 2023 without taking away from the shoe content 💪
@Jake | That Fit Friend Rock it off man💪🏼
Went ahead and got these bc they have a higher heel raise than my nobulls. Couldn't really find much else on the market that is above 0.75. Everyone talks about the Adidas Leistung's but I can't find them anywhere on the internet. Got the Reeboks in a 10.5. Sometimes I'm a 10.5 sometimes I'm an 11. Narrow foot though and I want them snug.
Dope! Keep me posted on how you like their performance and fit 🤝
@@thatfitfriend will do. As of now I've had two pairs of nobulls and one Romaleo 3XD, liked the nobulls but not a fan of the Nikes (I've been reading the 2's and 4's are a lot better)
Hi Jake! I'm a bit confused since you said the forefoot is narrower than the 2s, but Joel Te from AMRAP said they are wider than the 2s. Which one is right? LOL
I’ll take a pic for you on IG side by side, lol, hit me up!
what was the names of these two guys whoes you recomend to learn from about hybrid traning?
Alec Blenis makes awesome IG content on the topic and Greg Nuckols has a good article on the interference effect!
@@thatfitfriend Thanks mate
too fast with it Jake - keen to see the full review!
If only I could get my cleans as fast with it 😂 coming soon, friend
Hey man, new watcher.
Care to share your height and weight?
6’ 0” and 178 lbs typically!
Welcome 🤝
What brand are those shorts?
These are 7” Ten Thousand Interval (with compression liner)!
How can I know my shoes's size on this shoes?
Go TTS!
R u going to check out the new Flux Footwear running shoe?
Shooot, you know it! Still have to work through their high-top model.
That more narrow toe box 😢
Makes little to no sense.
Feels like the pump is a gimmick and we'll see the legacy lifter IV's without them sooner than expected
A feature that should have probably stayed in the 90s…
@@thatfitfriend I will say as a 90s kid I am tempted lmao but won't
@@jmk261 I feel you! I’m a 92 so I appreciate the novelty. I think I would appreciate the pump in these more if they were a limited edition or spin-off iteration as opposed to the pump being the main callout for this model, you know?
