Really appreciate the lesson thank you Mr Niel. My only suggestion would be to play the whole song through once at the start, which would make it easier to reference the changes. Thanks again!
A good basic lesson but not entirely accurate. Check The Jam's or Wellers live performances and you'll see how he plays the intro. He's a note on the A string as well. Probably an octave down note. Nice lesson for those not very familiar with The Jam.
Mungo Munro Cheers mate, I know it’s not entirely accurate as it’s been pointed out. But I did stress it was MY version of it and hope you can add or take away as you please.
@@MrNeil562 It got me started mate and to tell you the truth, I hadn't even looked at the intro/solo and pull offs, which now I can start messing about with. Easy'!

Sounds beautiful
Ha ha, I'm back again, and I'm still trying to learn it. Nice one.
Accuracy is for the jukebox or the perfectionist!
Keep it live,
keep it real!

Open A drone i think then down to the fifteenth with an open D works for me middle eights a bit tricky though ill keep plugging away
Open D drone, B and E in unison on tenth, seventh and fifth, slide back to seventh
N-ice one'!
