- I think this may have been written by bruce foxton as well as sung. Yet when i went to see 'From The Jam' a few weeks ago they didn't play it....Anyway Here's a way to play it with a slightly simplified solo. All the best.
Thanks for watching. If you appreciate what i do. Please click on an AD every now and then. I know its a pain and it'll never make me rich but it may make me enough coppers to buy better equipment. Which, in turn, will hopefully improve the quality of the videos that i can produce for you guys. Thanks again. Stevoguitar - Фільми й анімація
This is great. Many thanks. It’s great that yourself and modfather1965 are teaching us this stuff. Nice guitar as well.
Great tutorial. Such an epic tune and fun to play. It sounds perfect on my Rickenbacker. Salute from NYC!
Awesome! Thank you! Man i would love a Rickie.....
@@StevoGuitar They play like dreams. You can totally channel that Townshend and Weller vibe on one. Nice blue Jag over on your side though! I've got one myself!
Well explained, nice one 😉👍
Thanks! 🙂
That’s great Steve, really appreciate you doing that for me.
Can’t wait to give it a bash.
Do you do one to one lessons at all?
Where are you based?
Cheers again

Nice one! Cracking guitar. Is that the Johnny Marr Jag? Good sound for the Jam stuff btw.
Thanks, Yes, it is! 👍👍
This is BRILLIANT!!!! What brand of guitar is that? Cheers
Thanks. Its a fender jag.
@@StevoGuitar Thankyou. Beautiful looking instrument.
Hi Steve! Can you do This Charming Man by The Smiths?🙏
i WATCHED THIS ABOUT 200 TIMES, STILL NOT GETTING THE PART AT THE 12TH AND 14H FRET, MINE SOUNDS AWFUL
I don't think it's right, I think it's 2 phrases not the same one repeated over and over. It might be just how I'm hearing it 🤔but it's a great lesson 🤘
I think it's correct.
The riff is something like: 14,14 on the D string, then 12 on D/G/B (but the most important note to hit is the G string), then back to 14 on D string.
Then 14, 12, 14 on the D string.
You just repeat those two patterns.
