The Scottish Road Less Travelled. Your films of those back road Scottish towns are fascinating. More please. Keep up the good work, thank you.

I'm not pedantic enough to criticise, or correct, your pronunciation of place names. Nobody can memorise every town in the country and local pronunciations can vary anyway. If I might offer one correction, Scottish Gaelic is pronounced "Gallic", like garlic, without the "r". The other version tends to be reserved for the Irish Gaelic, pronounced Gay-lick.
Had you ventured slightly further along the main street, you'd have discovered one of my all-time favourite places - Glebe Ponds. It's nothing fancy, nothing more than an old-fashioned 🦆duck pond🦆 but the residents are friendly(and hungry) and the location is beautiful, despite it's relative proximity to the vast A9. If anyone is visiting Kingussie, it's a lovely place to spend a wee while.👍😁

Excellent video. I was recommended to see shinty at Kingussie by a local girl, and it didn't disappoint. Really exciting to watch, and Ruthven Barracks is only a short walk from the Dell. I had no idea the rest of the town had all these buildings, so thanks for showing this with such great information. :D

Just an FYI - Badenoch is pronounced Bad'noch :) Have passed through, and stayed in Kingussie, too many times to recall as I used to live about 40 or so miles further north up the Spey. At 07:40 and 08:40 a brief glimpse of, what used to be, the Station Hotel - once owned by friends of mine back in the 80's .

Stop following. I miss the time when you used to post the videos with original audio, listening to natural sound of the place. I've been waiting to see if it would come back, but it seems that narrated videos is your thing now. So I'm leaving

    Stayed here one night
in the Duke of Gordon hotel 🏨 in the midd 90s
    This is a good reminisce
No Google or youtube then you had to then rely on books for your information
And maps of how to get there
    How times have changed
