- This video is part of a series that explains each muscle relevant to artistic anatomy. This lesson is on the Coracobrachialis Muscle on the upper arm. The video covers the origin, insertion, function, and surface landmarks of the muscle. We also cover the complex anatomy when the arm is raised. This will help you draw the figure better!

Thank you for your video, it helps me a lot. I like how you add the muscles to the bone and explain it one by one. It is also useful to analyze the muscles on the real human image. Thank you so much!

Really clear and informative. Perhaps you could add in an action that would be an example of when the muscle is being used?

The arm and chest just got complicated. It looks like I have some practicing to do. Thanks for making these vids, there very helpful.
Yes, accounting for these muscles as they move around the body is challenging but rewarding once you figure it out :)
What if u got a pain/discomfort there during lateral raises and rows?
Well, I am not a dr. So dont take this as medical advice, but since that muscle pulls the arm in it would make sense you strained it. Resting it would be good. However, there is a ton of complex things happening in the arm as far as muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves, etc. So it may not be related to the coracobrachalis.
very nice!
Thank you, happy you enjoyed it!
How do wr train this muscle
I’m not a physical trainer, so I refrain from giving workout advice. But it is an arm muscle that help pulls the arm down quickly.
Gud job
Thanks very much, I appreciate it :)
