No matter what exhaust you put on these or what trim level you get there's one thing that all Tundras have in common and that's that they will always be there for you for years to come and hardly anything will shake them even high mileage and abuse takes more than what's humanly necessary to kill them
I just drove from Pa to Denver to buy a super clean rust free 07 CM LTD. Had 213000 on it when I bought it. Test drive was all the way back to Erie Pa. Ran like a Swiss watch. Looking to get 400K out of it, and then pas it on to my grandson. 200K+ miles didn't scare me in the least.....
I've got an 08 Tundra 5.7 and I've spent hundreds of dollars on different exhaust systems for my truck. I can honestly say that my favorite is my current set up. I've got the 2.5" dual in dual out Classic 40 Flowmaster. But I like loud with good tone
The flow masters usually drone, and even with a long resonator it only helps a bit. Best bet is to just have a long glasspack in the middle with the stock resonator at the end.
I put MagnaFlow dual exhaust side exit on my 14 Tundra and very pleased with the sound very little drone inside the vehicle, at an idle it's quiet sort of until you hit the gas pedal and you can hear it going down the road but quiet enough where you can hear yourself talking to you someone
Nice video. It’s nice you show the Db readings, however how about showing a stock exhaust reading for comparison? Also, being that I’ll be inside driving, how about some inside reading while cruising down the highway and accelerating? It might sound good while it’s revving or as it drives by, but when I’m doing 60mph down the road, I don’t want to hear a drone or excessive noise from the exhaust. Thanks.
By far the best sounding exhaust for our Tundra's is the Carven R... absolutely love the way it sounds from the outside. Extremely dissapointed with the amount of drone in the cab. I went with a single R utilizing the stock rear exit. Curious if addining another R and duels out the back would quite the drone in the cab? Might need to look for a new exhaust...
Almost convinced to set up my 16Crewmax with #2, honestly sounds amazing in the shop but in the end. I'll stick with my current setup. Maybe in Vol.3. 3 is my lucky number.
I am having a hard time finding a true dual replacement exhaust for my 2007 Tundra Limited 5.7 V8. Are you able to provide me with some information where to get what I need?
Hearing these made me more happy knowing I got me the Trail Boss instead, they sound waaaaaaaay more nice than these. Slap on a true dual straight pipes and hear that shit ROAR
ALL of them sound NICE but I gotta go with those Carven R's hands 🖐🖐down for the BEST sound in town ... Once again , well done ...
Drones like a mfkr

The Toyota 5.7L I-Force V8 sounds wayyyyyyy and its more reliable than any EcoBoost engine out there.
Why would you compare those two motors? Why not stick to comparing v8’s?
Facts!!
@@andrestrochez4333 Yep you got it brother.
Too bad it won’t ever have the same amount of power.
@@dillonhorsley4244 lol. You really got him didn’t you. Bet that eco boost won’t hit 100,000 miles without Atleast a transmission rebuild 🤣

The Carven R sounds amazing

Those Carbon Rs are nice. My 1# for y’all so far.
For me Id like to have the nice throaty sound but be able to hear the radio and think inside the cabin lol

That's the hardest part with finding the right exhaust. I'm currently shopping for an exhaust for my 2019 tundra

TEE-OTA!
Like the last one the most, personally. Sounded great. Looked fantastic. Awesome color🤘

3" pipe always sounds the best😊
That Carven......wow.
yall the goat for this
The last one is my favorite
Carven R they sound mean I’m going to have to look to see for my 20 tundra any idea if there’s any drone inside???? Great video
I like the Dirty Deeds set up. I am going to order one for my 2016 Tundra
i have a 2016 as well and was looking into dirty deeds! how do you like it?
0:25 Would love to see/hear a H Pipe forward of the dual muffler setups.
I like the TRD sound
For me super 10s ftw!
I was surprised and impressed w// dirty deeds
Having a carven R would that make gas mileage worse?
Dirty Deeds with Helmholtz resonator is the best you can get for a Tundra
I am having a hard time finding a true dual replacement exhaust for my 2007 Tundra Limited 5.7 V8. Are you able to provide me with some information where to get what I need?
Would you ever put an X-Pipe before hitting the dual exhausts (to join or sync the duals)? Would that change the sound anyhow?
The first guy paid 600$ for the stock sound
I know right 😂
The Carven R sounds mean.
Where are you guys located so I can bring my truck in for exhaust?
Love my TEEYOTA
Sounds really good
This proves that deleting and straight piping are not always the best option.
@@barackputin Triggered much? 😅😅😅
My tundra just has a muffler delete sounds really good for me
Where can you buy just the TRD muffler
Does anyone know what was the wheel/tire combo on that first platinum?
I would like to know as well. They look good
I'm gonna stop by one off this days
TRD sounds real nice, but you need to add an x-pipe before the mufflers, and delete the 2nd cats. That'll make those mufflers louder and smoother.
Add headers to it as well and it'll really make that 5.7L I-Force V8 sound like a real beast.
What kind of truck is it?
Just bought a 18 tundra, how do I get straight back with the carven system, did you custom pipe?
We custom build it all
What prebent tailpipes did you use for first section of video?
Yeah, but all the rippling in the bends. I'll take prefabbed stainless mandrel bent. 👍
Where is the link to the Dirty Deeds?
Do you guys install take off mufflers from the tundras if the customers don’t want them? I’d like the TRD mufflers on my 16 SR5 with dual side exits.
lol like the last one. not knocking the Carven R's, but he replaced a $1600 TRD system with a $200 Carven R system.
I got a 2020 tundra trd pro. Y’all want to do mine? Where are you guys at?
Should do Black Widow Widowmaker 10
1 and 2 ...👍👍
I wanna do a side exit out of mine. You aren't too far from Ohio maybe I'll stop down
Come on down and grab a shirt
The pipes look wayyyyyyy too restrictive.
Where you located?
You wanna keep any of the old stuff sir ? He was hoping he said no robbed that man for a good pricey system
TRD not loud enough for my taste
Stock Trd
75 miles predicted with just over a quarter of a tank of gas that’s why I don’t own one.
Are we just ignoring the weld quality?
When he said the price I laughed. My neighbor and his harbor freight buzbox woulda been cheaper and better looking.
First,love the vids❤❤
Are The "Dirty Deeds" Done Dirty Cheap?
3in to 2 1/4 wtf
This dude keep saying tiyota
Hearing these made me more happy knowing I got me the Trail Boss instead, they sound waaaaaaaay more nice than these. Slap on a true dual straight pipes and hear that shit ROAR
Chevy is junk. They're all rotten and off the road in 10 years.
Make sure you get that afm delete
Dats a v6 😂😂😂
Loos great sounds weak as hell
All of these exhaust were awful except number 1
the dirty deeds sounded good bro wdym
She must like her trucks quite lol.
