I used to agree with all three of those comedians until I had a problem with my MP3 player once and it didn't play Robin Williams voice correctly. All of a sudden his jokes aren't funny anymore. he seemed to accentuate a lot of things that made you concentrate on certain points that would lead to ironic presentations at random intervals. if you take out the fluctuation in his voice he's not funny. that ruined him for me. sort of the same way if you take iconic music out of certain movies like Guardians of the Galaxy it becomes a horrific piece of trash.

I always thought Norm's humor worked well in the States but it works the same everywhere. Also God bless Catherine O'Hara. I was shocked when I heard that Norm had died. Keeping his illness a secret was pure Norm. I started thinking back on all of the laughs that he'd brought me over the years, and the one with the teacher in the audience was absolutely genius.
Whenever I watch Norm, I always get the feeling that some don't want to laugh, but they just can't stop themselves. That's what you call a master at his craft.
Like when he was on Jon Stewarts show just after Steve Irvin was killed and Stewart is BEGGING him, "Please don't make me laugh at this" but all the while knowing that he was going to anyways

Norm has a knack. A very witty and smart comic. He could tell you a joke about anything, for instance, he could go on and on about a bag full of rocks and sand and come up with something to make ya smile/laugh.

My goodness, Norm was brilliant! I discovered Canada’s culture in the late 70s/early 80s when I discovered Rush, then SCTV. My brother and I drove there and spent a week in Toronto, Ottawa, and a couple hours in Montreal, which I was too hungover from the night before in Ottawa to be able to deal with, so we went back to Ottawa, then Toronto. I’ve had a love and appreciation for Canada ever since. Great talent there!

Norm has a knack. A very witty and smart comic. He could tell you a joke about anything, for instance, he could go on and on about a bag full of rocks and sand and come up with something to make ya smile/laugh.
So glad that there are still some clips of Norm out there, that I haven't seen yet. The really great thing is; everything he's done is infinitely rewatchable. Thank you.
Norm should host more shows like these and in the U.S.

My goodness, Norm was brilliant! I discovered Canada’s culture in the late 70s/early 80s when I discovered Rush, then SCTV. My brother and I drove there and spent a week in Toronto, Ottawa, and a couple hours in Montreal, which I was too hungover from the night before in Ottawa to be able to deal with, so we went back to Ottawa, then Toronto.
I’ve had a love and appreciation for Canada ever since. Great talent there!
