One thing that was not mentioned was the reason the "how to get into heaven" page was blank was because Bill said the writing would be invisible to people with sinful thoughts. So it's not that he doesn't believe in heaven. It's that he thinks we are all freaks.
Me and my friends were going on a trip through Oregon, and one of my friends (Jamcat) picked up the book of bill. The next day we went through Salem, and then thunderstorms started, I got sick, and we had trouble navigating through the city. A few days later, Jamcat found a part in the book where Bill Cipher says to "look out for his work in Salem." Bill deadass tried to ruin our trip.
Had something like this happen to me and my friends in school. My friend brought the book of bill at school, and when we summoned bill in the book, a ,ouple minutes later, the lights. Went. Out. Everyone celebrated because people thought we were gonna go home, but the teachers kept us in school, and instead of going home early. Everything was just really, really, hot. And the lights turned to life. Bill gave us hope, and decided to rip it out of our hands.
Really? No mention of Ford? That was so strongly implied...not saying Billford is a thing, but it was a 'Thing', take what you will. It impacted Bill to the point of revenge on an emotional level.
His "revenge" was never a thing, the whole weirdmaggedon event couldn't be called "revenge", they definitely had a thing, but that was just one-sided relationship, in which Bill probably neglected Stanford.

Something that people should know is that basically nothing in this video is new. The book's been decoded by many, many folks over on reddit and discord, and someone on Twitter's video on the silly string pages- around the 18:00 mark- has been used without credit.

This huge Gravity Falls boom that came with the book of Bill had better either be teasing or have inspired a continuation to the show, perhaps a late arriving new season, similarly to what Phineas and Ferb got.
Hopefully the continuation is going to be a spin-off about Stan and Ford’s adventures. That is kind of the main way the story can continue with out being ruined by Disney for more content.
Alex Hirsch has previously stated that any future seasons will not be sequels, so it will hopefully be a prequel for stan and ford maybe? Not sure what else it could be.
okay so basically the oracle/"jessie" didnt date bill. she became too powerful and found out a way to defeat bill. we see this in journal 3 when the oracle gives ford the metal plate in his head, she know how to block him out of the mindscape.

R/gravityfalls has really done the work on this it's been on of the coolest community projects everyone that was a fan came together for this so some credit to the fans that really put in the hours on this would be appreciated
Wild that there's so much focus on the "Jheselbraum being Bill's ex" theory (plausible, But) when there's So Much pointing to Ford being his ex-Something, all the romantic (albeit definitely manipulative/abusive) language and subtext/references surrounding those two are very clear
You should learn to differentiate a farmer/livestock relationship with what you want to be true. Bill treats him as a beloved lamb of a flock(victims), and Ford treats him as a beholder of vast wisdom. The way Bill has always treated Ford goes against literally anything that would imply this as true. A better comparison of this is how you had a favorite toy that you used until it broke. The only way they could be "exes" is in a non-romantic way, like Joker and Batman, which is a surprisingly similar scenario.
The thing that makes Gravity Falls so Memorable is how Alex Hirsch himself was the one who decided to cut it in its prime, usually, whenever a show is cut, it’s either due to publishers or corporations deciding to cut shows in their prime (See Owl House/OKKO/Inside Job) but Gravity Falls is a weird case of the creator saying “Enough is enough” and I greatly respect the amount of restraint, he could have milked this IP to the ground but he knew what story he wanted to tell and when he wanted to end it, plus, by cutting the show way before people got tired of it, you get a fandom that constantly thirsts for more content, I mean, It’s been 12 years but the fandom is still going strong (Even with the confirmation of no season 3)

Ford it says in the book they had a relationship then they broke it off leading to bill getting drunk and calling his dead mom. Except Ford learned about Bill's backstory from Jessie. Could Bill have had a crush on Ford? Yes. Did Ford have feelings? Obviously not. And I hope it stays that way. Gravity Falls was not designed for these kinds of implications and Ford is already not the most beloved of characters.

Notice how all the codes in the glitch cypher refer to bill as Billy and talk about his childhood in Euclidia? It seems to be like it’s most likely Bill‘s mother scalene since the Oracle would have no way of knowing what happened in Euclid on such a personal level

That would make sense although it is included that his mother is confirmed to be dead a trillion years before he even wrote that book. I believe it's the Axolotl purely because the codes are commonly rhyming couplets which is the exact rhythm and pattern he speaks especially when talking to Dipper and Mable in a canon comic to talk about Bill.

My main problem with this theory is the oracle part, while yes billford isn’t cannon (coming from a billford shipper) it has way more dang proof then bill dating the oracle. All they needed to do was read the dang book (which they admitted they literally skimmed through it.) and they would’ve understood it so much better. It’s honestly kinda disappointing seeing as gravity falls is one of mat’s favorite animated shows. With the oracle all they did was just see this random person crossed out, figured out it was the oracle, then assumed that the only logical answer was they dated. There’s no actual concrete proof, only speculation, and yes I know it’s a theory but still theory’s are supposed to have actual evidence, at this point this is a hypothesis. Like I said at least billford has actual proof. My second problem with this is the lack of crediting to r/gravityfalls, I’m aware they’ve added credits now, but they should’ve done it in the first place. Not to mention they skimmed over the silly straw page! They literally only mentioned the upside message. Really disappointed as someone who’s been watching team theorists for a while, you guys used to make amazing theories now it just feels like you just throw stuff together without any actual knowledge. I know y’all are busy but you guys knew book of bill wasn’t gonna be simple, not to mention everything that’s in this theory (except the oracle) isn’t even a theory, it’s just stating what we know. Maybe they’ll fix something’s in part two but for now I’m disappointed.

As a bonus note: the week of the release of this book the gravity falls discord got more than 30,000 people funneling into the server. There were discord calls that lasted for hours and hours where people solved the puzzles of the book. The coffee stain one and the code to find words from specific time stamps of the show where some of the biggest ones that had people popping in and out of the call for ages to try and figure things out. I (along with I'm sure many others) reread so much of the Great Gatsby to try and make that code a book code and spent hours counting words, paragraphs, pages, and doing it again when I wanted exclude the title page. I won't spoil anything for the next video but it was an insane few weeks. On top of that separate channels were created to talk about the website he mentioned as people went insane waiting for Soos to fix wires haha

You should learn to differentiate a farmer/livestock relationship with what you want to be true. Bill treats him as a beloved lamb of a flock(victims), and Ford treats him as a beholder of vast wisdom. The way Bill has always treated Ford goes against literally anything that would imply this as true. A better comparison of this is how you had a favorite toy that you used until it broke. The only way they could be "exes" is in a non-romantic way, like Joker and Batman, which is a surprisingly similar scenario.

The thing that makes Gravity Falls so Memorable is how Alex Hirsch himself was the one who decided to cut it in its prime, usually, whenever a show is cut, it’s either due to publishers or corporations deciding to cut shows in their prime (See Owl House/OKKO/Inside Job) but Gravity Falls is a weird case of the creator saying “Enough is enough” and I greatly respect the amount of restraint, he could have milked this IP to the ground but he knew what story he wanted to tell and when he wanted to end it, plus, by cutting the show way before people got tired of it, you get a fandom that constantly thirsts for more content, I mean, It’s been 12 years but the fandom is still going strong (Even with the confirmation of no season 3)

Yeah... no. I'm pretty sure it was one-sided honestly. Ford saw Bill as his 'Muse' so something clearly more inspirational, than traditionally romantic. Bill for sure liked Ford though. My main problem with this theory is the oracle part, while yes billford isn’t cannon (coming from a billford shipper) it has way more dang proof then bill dating the oracle. All they needed to do was read the dang book (which they admitted they literally skimmed through it.) and they would’ve understood it so much better. It’s honestly kinda disappointing seeing as gravity falls is one of mat’s favorite animated shows. With the oracle all they did was just see this random person crossed out, figured out it was the oracle, then assumed that the only logical answer was they dated. There’s no actual concrete proof, only speculation, and yes I know it’s a theory but still theory’s are supposed to have actual evidence, at this point this is a hypothesis. Like I said at least billford has actual proof. My second problem with this is the lack of crediting to r/gravityfalls, I’m aware they’ve added credits now, but they should’ve done it in the first place. Not to mention they skimmed over the silly straw page! They literally only mentioned the upside message. Really disappointed as someone who’s been watching team theorists for a while, you guys used to make amazing theories now it just feels like you just throw stuff together without any actual knowledge. As a bonus note: the week of the release of this book the gravity falls discord got more than 30,000 people funneling into the server. There were discord calls that lasted for hours and hours where people solved the puzzles of the book. The coffee stain one and the code to find words from specific time stamps of the show where some of the biggest ones that had people popping in and out of the call for ages to try and figure things out. I (along with I'm sure many others) reread so much of the Great Gatsby to try and make that code a book code and spent hours counting words, paragraphs, pages, and doing it again when I wanted exclude the title page. I won't spoil anything for the next video but it was an insane few weeks. On top of that separate channels were created to talk about the website he mentioned as people went insane waiting for Soos to fix wires haha
