I remind myself this every time I feel any anxiety putting myself out there, whether it’s posting a video, putting out a new piece of art or song, talking to a new chick, or being the middle-age guy still out shredding on a board. Thank you for today's! Let me say it, I do not find you intimidating at all! I see a guy that's composed and self-disciplined and specially after hearing about your schedule, it proves how strong you are. I used to work 70-80 hour weeks and I know the fatigue and lack of will to do anything after work, so you coming here daily, pressing record and sharing with us some good stuff, I must say sir, hats off to you. The fact that you can pull this off whilst not neglecting your family duties and chores, is amazing! 'Learning how to be kind to ourselves and others' , you've hit the nail with this one. We struggle with being kind to ourselves because society taught us that we always have to improve and do better. Rarely people teach us to stop, cherish what we currently have, look at the battles we fought so far and yes, carry on improving but do so in a healthy way. I am definitely trying to observe myself better and teach myself to be kind with myself but also with others around me, because I have a tendency to judge them quickly. Being kind with oneself isn't weakness, it's proper self care. It's amazing how much can chance when we show ourselves just a little bit of that.

I suggest reading a book 'Bruce Thornwood: Unveiling Your Hidden Potential' if you want to know how to man up. Just follow everything writer suggests in there, it's one of the best reads I had in a while.

I am currently out of work due to a car accident. My thing is, how do I become more valuable in a way that produces a better income.. I cannot find something I love doing. I just value work ethic and financial stability. Any pointers? Please
The possibilities are endless. Get a CDL, go work for a power plant or oil refinery, get in the trades. The list is endless dude. They all take sacrifice and none of them will generate good income over night. But the possibilities are only limited by the scope you think about.
