Very impressive tutorial! I like the way you came up with all these creative but at the same time simple ways to visualize the scene without using any plugins. The finished renders look amazing and they are inspiring
This has to be THE MOST entertaining and pleasing tutorials on whatever I have ever seen. Given that usually 3d/ photoshop etc tutorials are narrated with a monotone boring voice, this one simply SHINES. I love it. Thank You for this. Subbed!
This is the first video tutorial i see from you. Okay wow this tutorial is very very nicely done. Its easy to follow and you sound like a broadcaster which adds to the whole refined aura of your tut. A1 10/10 smashing dat subscribe button now fam
Wauw brilliant tutorial! first off, you apparently have a very pleasing voice. For seconds, really easy to follow the steps and the video is very well edited! So again, remarkable! keep this up, subbed ;)
its not the voice its a software can buff and make your voice sounds better + the mic is pro , get the same material for yourself and ull get the same result or at least a close one
One of the best tutorials (in terms of clarity and the tutor not being an out and out twat) I've seen. Good work DD! Also well done for not emulating Kramer's 'Whaaattttt'sss upppp you guyyyyssss...." opening line like every other person who decides they're going to do motion GFX tutorials online tends to fucking do...
Thank you Daniel for your great tutorial. I would like to know if it is possible to fix a vector spline with fracture (as your exemple) on a object (sphere, cube) ? I would like to break a glass sphere as your exemple. Thank you
Hi Daniel, can you tell me how can I take out my dynamic cache, because I want to send my file to another comp for rendering? With cloth simulation I can save my cache, no problem, but with this....., I couldn't find this file neither in preference folder or elsewhere. Thanks!!
To cache the dynamics you want to go into Project settings (cmd+D / ctrl+D), then the 'Dynamics' tab, followed by the 'Cache' sub-tab where you hit 'Bake' to cache the dynamics for the entire scene. Unfortunately if you then copy a dynamic object to another scene you'll need to re-cache it because the cache is part of the scene file, and not the objects... Sorry. :(
Awesome video, mate! Keep up the good work! Quick question: I'm working on an advertisement for a client that wants the glass in this effect to be shattered by a logo constructed in After Effects. Any idea how I could do it?
You are sure to be born by Dr 3D Modling youuuuuuuu are Awsome ♥ i love you and perfect Voice You have a throat diamond My wishes for u Success♥♥ Ahmed
Hi, thank you for the tutorial, and a soothing voice. i have followed the tutorial and created the same scene but particles are not rendering in my scene, can you help?
Great job! Any way to do this with text or any other shape? I tried exporting a logo and I couldn't get the smooth edges when importing the .jpg into vectorizer even when turning the angle degree down.
thankyou for making c4d tutorial. its very simple and easy to follow. (as good as GSG)/ do you mind to make a tutorial on soft body dynamic. (i am making a plush toy, but the soft body dynamic setting seems quite tricky.)
You my friend are Awesome. I have been a vet of CG for 20+ years, forgotten more than I know at this point. Watching these kind of things is an incredible way to find techniques by different people. most are very hard to watch, this is ill as fuck! Right up there with Video CoPilot! Great shit bud!

Thanks Daniel! I found a way true Xpresso and after that Cappuccino and I turned simulation into animation, now it will be easy.
Cool. :)

Would this work with an image on the glass?
very cool.. congrats!
Hey, I'm 96% sure I follow you on Vimeo.. :)
Daniel Danielsson ah! Thanks for following me.. I don't post much, most of the clients work I do are boring to post 😅
I recognise that feeling... 😂
Hi, thank you for the tutorial, and a soothing voice. i have followed the tutorial and created the same scene but particles are not rendering in my scene, can you help?
Thanks for this tutorial. But I still have a question about how to make the crack invisible before the bullet hit the glass?
Turn off Visible in Render on the cracked object and turn it on when the bullet hits the glass, do the opposite with a plane of uncracked glass. 👍
Great job! Any way to do this with text or any other shape? I tried exporting a logo and I couldn't get the smooth edges when importing the .jpg into vectorizer even when turning the angle degree down.
So helpful, how did I function without knowing how to turn drawings to 3d objects?? thank you.
Gangsta rap made me do it ! Thank you bro
