Was waiting for you to change the cabin air filter for all the goodness inside. Also, PPE my dude. It's easy to think you're OK until 15 years from now when you can't breathe. You're fast becoming one of the best cartubers.
"It smells like high school in here..." Da hell kind of high school did you go to?! Thats statement is as t-shirt worthy as Jack's "All dreams begin with nightmares" 🤣
Hey mate, get yourself a turbo nozzle for that pressure washer, you have to be careful with them but they do a similar thing to the water that your fancy air carpet nozzle does, drastically increases blasting power.
Firstly, congratulations to you and your significant other on the recent addition to the family. Mate, I can’t say enough how enjoyable I find your content. As has been mentioned a few times in these comments, you are definitely up there with the best content creators. Cheers and thank you.
That’s an incredibly daunting challenge trying to resurrect that car. The video is awesome as always and criminally under watched and promoted by the algorithm. I hope your channel gets more attention soon because you definitely deserve it 😊🥰❤️🙌🏻👏🏻
you just finished off my sunday evenings youtubers .. which started with ….. matt armstrong then saving salvage ,samcrac, jack builds it ,drift games,GMG and finally yourself .. who need the tv!!!!
Mad respect, car turned out extremely gooood. Only thing is I would've wished you keep the steering wheel stock, maybe just get it upholstered freshly. But other than that, amazing work 🙏🏻
Great work on the interior. When I rebuilt my Audi that was flooded I had to do a similar thing with the interior but I definitely wish I had that air horn you used! When getting paint off interior spots I have had success with goof off just be very careful using it on leather.
Love watching the work you accomplish! Great job!!! Only thing to think about is that basic steering wheel you added made you lose your cruise control. That's a bummer if you want to take a car on a long trip
Hey mate, found this vid on my home page, randomly clicked and love the content. I thought its going to be another low production quality car guy thing. But you have blown me away, love the videography. Looking forward to future content
Thank you! I love the whole process of reviving cars and really enjoying the filming, editing, and tech side as well. Always learning a ton of new things every rebuild!
Great work, Michael! At first, the car was worthy of being gutted enough to be another learner vehicle for Taylor's drift school. But after all the elbow grease you put in, it's a worthy car yet again! Excellent job saving it. Can't wait for the next episode.
Thank you! It was forsure destined for the scrap yard or gutted for a track car but looks like we should be able to make this a super fun roadworthy Z 😎
Fantastic work, well worth a subscription, the algorithm brought me here so hopefully you will see a big, well deserved, uplift in views and subscriptions soon
Great job Michael, I think that was a pretty good find and after a bit of TLC shes already looking waayyy better. Just need some overnight parts from Japan 🙂 Can't wait to see what you have planned. Keep smashing it bud.
Love seeing videos about 350z and restoring cause it inspires me i love these cars im saving up for my first car and i want to get a 350z love the videos definitely subscribing keep it up ❤
that Z was prob owned by Patty or Selma, Marge Simpson's sisters, who work at the DMV. great video Mr. Elsea👍 congrats on your growing family & look fwd to part 2.
End goal is a really nice street car with some tasteful mods. The term "OEM Plus" is thrown around a lot these days so I think that describes what im going for here!
Love the channel bro keep at it 👌 just a tip with the steam cleaner on old interior plastics, you gotta be careful with concentrating the steam too long/too close in one place cos it can dry burn the plastic and cause it to go all ashy. I'm a detailer ask me how I know 😂
Always loved the car back in the days and wanted to have one when I get my license. Unfortunately I grew to tall and can’t fit in it comfortably enough 😢
I would love to see a video about your yard and the cars there. Maybe you can rebuild and sell some of them, if they even are yours. Love the channel! Greetings from Stuttgart, Germany.
If you going to keep getting the filth nuggets try the Tornado gun that has water tank works great. Like a little pressure washer for interiors. Keep up the good work
I would source a second hand carpet, cheap or second hand sport seats, maybe a cheap steering wheel, polish the thing up and fix the little issues search a cheap body kit with hood, some wrap materials and would look for used wheels or pimp up the old ones if posible, a complete forest of air fresheners shure would be a must have and some mousetrap s for peace of mind. with 2500-3000 usd that thing would shine up like a diamond, a cheap one, but, it would shine or at least sparkle. Some teenagers would shure love to give you 8 to 9 grand. 😂😂😂😂😂 The first car memories are the best😂😂😂😂
Fun video. I’d like to meet the heavy smoking union painter who seems to paint a lot of white while loving McDonald’s and lady cigs. The cars backstory must be interesting.
You win the award for the nastiest interior ever. My god the amount of cigarettes and ashes is astounding! Still though, for 500 bucks I feel like you didn't make a bad purchase. You'll have a nice car with a moderate amount of work.
Tech tip. Leave the nut on the steering wheel, just loose. That way it doesnt fly off and pull the wires. (Or hit you in the face. More that because you deleted the air bag)
I didn't think this would be that interesting but boy was I wrong! You're a goddam artist! Cant wait to see the finished product - your interior work was amazing!
"whoever had this car wasn't healthy. between the mcdonalds, the cigarettes, the caffeine pills" LMFAO that got me
He got me with that one too 😂
@@ElseasWorldyou two make a great comedic duo.
As soon i saw it was automatic i changed video…

Quickly becoming one of my favorite automotive youtube channels! Great content
These comments keep me going, thank you!
Love this dudes content for some reason. Glad Freddy and the gang brought me here loo
Without those guys this channel would be nothing, I owe them a lot!
Its more relatable than everyone now doing supercars.
Cool project this one. That 350 really needed to be saved. Great work so far. Can't wait to see the next encounter! @@ElseasWorld

I seriously forgot about cabin air filter, I always forget those lol. Next video we will see what that looks like 👀
Hoping you turned the vents on full blast before you started cleaning…
@@matthewmeade4811He didn't 😂
350z's dont have cabin air filters unfortunately
@@maz8092 doesn’t matter, guaranteed those vents are still full of nasty
It's sad that bro only has 25k subs he deserves more
That's a fact!!!
Thank you, hopefully more people come! ❤
@@ElseasWorld If they don't their stupid!!!
Man, 500 bucks is a steal regardless! Assuming you already had the seats and the Wheel!
What an insane glowup so far! looking forward to the next one!
I did get the wheel and seats from a friend a while back, finally a car I can put them in ❤
"It smells like high school in here..." Da hell kind of high school did you go to?! Thats statement is as t-shirt worthy as Jack's "All dreams begin with nightmares" 🤣
😂😂😂
Hahaha a smelly one!
Keep it going! Your friend gives good vibes and content as well!
Proud dad) we were waiting for a new video!
Great video - there is something wonderful about watching a car come back to life.
Couldn't agree more!
When you vacuumed out the ashtray then it lifted out and there was just more cigarettes and junk under it, I laughed quite a lot. You're a brave man.
Like how did the ash get under the tray then under the console as well 😂
3:49 that huge ass spider caught me off guard...
Same hahahaha
I didn’t even see it until my wife pointed it out, that sucker was big! 😂
Same though 🤣🤣
holy lord i noticed it right away at 3:33, red monster, you dodged a bullet Michael
AMAZING transformation!!
Subscribed since Day 1 of the Million Mile Lexus. I also found this video wayyy better than expected. Bravo
Haha glad you stayed around for this abomination 🤣. It’ll be sweet when it’s done though!
I have a full wide body kit for this... I am in Indiana.... DM me... special gift...
👀 ohhh will do!
@ElseasWorld Messged you on IG from my RustoModz account.
Ian here... sent you a message from my IG account
maybe the change in the center console is the most valuable part
True 😂😂
dude, that is some incredible work. love seeing the 350z being saved!
Hey mate, get yourself a turbo nozzle for that pressure washer, you have to be careful with them but they do a similar thing to the water that your fancy air carpet nozzle does, drastically increases blasting power.
I didn’t know those existed, thank you definitely getting one soon!

What an amazing transformation with that interior, well done. The 350z is a wonderful purchase, with some work it will come out awesome.
Has a remote start car alarm that's why he's trying to start got to turn key on before hooking up batteries
There is a remote start sticker so maybe that’s what it is!
Talk about satisfying. This really helped my OCD.
A tip for window cleaning use a waffle towel when cleaning windows inside. Good luck with this project.
Great work on the interior. When I rebuilt my Audi that was flooded I had to do a similar thing with the interior but I definitely wish I had that air horn you used! When getting paint off interior spots I have had success with goof off just be very careful using it on leather.

First time to your channel, Awesome video, mad it had to end, cant wait for part2
Great work . Amazing transformation so far 👏
5 speed manual attached to a EJ25 turbo would be a cool swap into a Z
The oem manual transmission for it is a 6 speed.

Take that ride to The Detail Geek. He will clean anything.
its pretty disgusting but you’re doing good asmr making. its fun to watch the project direction
Always loved the car back in the days and wanted to have one when I get my license. Unfortunately I grew to tall and can’t fit in it comfortably enough 😢
Man, thats gonna be an AWESOME car when ur done. Whoever buys it will be 1 lucky person!!!!
The joke about wildlife being asleep got me 😂
I’m glad someone caught that one 😂
Man, I can't believe how much of this you did without a respirator and gloves, thing was truly disgusting; but props on the beautiful restoration work
When the coolant blew, I lost it! 🤣
Take carpet out and replace it and clean center console
Best way to get rid of small.

Something really satisfying about saving relatable daily drivers than out of reach (for most of us) supercars. 👍🏽😊
From the beginning to the end, I was surprised by the cigarettes and money found in the car😂
“Can I have $500?”
“Why?”
“Well if you’re throwing away money…” 😅 ha ha ha ha

Compare to the lexus, this is peanuts 😋
You can do it 👍
Don't forget the cabin filter change
Jack built the Supra is much worse
don't over think it, give it a tune, clean the interior, and some body work, and your done:)
Nice. I think you need to remove the dash check the hvac system.
Fun video. I’d like to meet the heavy smoking union painter who seems to paint a lot of white while loving McDonald’s and lady cigs. The cars backstory must be interesting.

The 350z is probably the most underrated car ever in my opinion. They're probably the best bang for buck you could hope for in a vehicle.
Right?! I’m glad someone agrees with me!
Great vid. I just hoped More of mechanic repairs and service for the engine. Maybe In later episodes

You win the award for the nastiest interior ever. My god the amount of cigarettes and ashes is astounding! Still though, for 500 bucks I feel like you didn't make a bad purchase. You'll have a nice car with a moderate amount of work.
