Does it support 60hz on 1080p?

yes 1080p at 60Hz via the built-in screen mirroring function either via USB cable connection or wireless

Is there a way to let the fan noice go off?

No way to manually turn off fan. The only way fan noise turns off (automatically) is when playing ambient white noise sounds

why? it depends on whether the room is dark or lit up. I would simply adjust brigthness before the image starts looking washed out

You have v51 not PRO I guess You consider it as a Pro projector but this is not "v51 pro" model with 400 ANSI lumens:)
