Take ur time shift gear as long as u don’t gas to much coming off the clutch u will always be fine keep working on driving and u will fall in love with it🙌🏼
man i got a straight piped 02 and i be shifting at 3-4.5k rpm , anything below 3 is pointless, whole tank of gas will last me about a week so i drive it hard asf, jus get used to the clutch and trust you goin be letting that baby rip
That’s good to hear bro💪wym by shifting below 3k is pointless? I mean fr daily driving I do 3k shifts and I get bout a week of gas, went on a cruise meet last night racing fr like 30m that’ll drain the tank real quick😂 also take count it’s loud af and I’m used to a 4 banger
@@widowmakergarage wouldn’t say pointless. But a car like that you should definitely shift it above the 3k area jus so it doesn’t bog when u let off the clutch
Definitely work on your clutch let out. Adding throttle way too early while still releasing the clutch is only gonna ruin it hella fast with very uneven wear.
Dude don't be afraid to whine the car out more before u shift,the car is not that fast trust me,it's got some snap but nothing crazy, and when u shift let out the clutch all the way before giving it gas
I’ve been watching sense u first got it u have improved for sure just look up some UA-cam videos and try not to shift to early once u understand the feel for the clutch and understand how to properly use it everything is become natural
At what rpm do you usually shit at for best gas mileage? I do 2-3k rpm and cruise in 5th at 50-60…kinda think it’s too low tbh but the exhaust makes it seem like im pushing hard on the car, never had a loud car like this so I’m tryna adjust
