Then I watched the entire Rock in Rio live on TV, initially pissed off because I was forced to put up with an entire Oasis show before the historical Guns N Roses gig. ... ... Next day I woke and ran to the music shop to buy Familliar to Millions. The rest is history. To this day, Oasis is the only band in the world that I have bought all the albums and DVDs. All other bands I either download or stream.
Whether or not this song is about escaping addictions in any form . . . The brilliancy of this song is that it is very cerebral in its WISDOM to help you learn from any mistakes that you can admit to yourself. Despite the darker tones of this song, Noel Gallagher always provides hope . . . Accomplished here, as the end of the song gets calmer and more harmonious at the end. One of the best songs Oasis EVER produced. Noel was more on his game here than all but perhaps a handful of strong contenders. Thank you Noel . . .
That Whining Screaming Sobbing Les Paul only Noel can get that incredible sound from. The effects pedal is so so good that god only knows why Noel’s not played this track live more. This track is truly a live classic but Noel’s solo is something magical & he gets that guitar playing like it’s meant to sound. Just incredible. ✌️👍✌️

I love it when a song just suddenly hits ya and you realise how good it is all over again and it feels like a new song but even better coz you know it and are already comfortable with it! Gas panic is a song that I’ll love at times in my life! Noel’s a genius for writing it and Liams a genius for the way it sounds with him singing with that voice from the depths of heaven

E o público até que foi bem vibrante, dá pra perceber uma galera grande curtindo o show do Oasis, não tem essa de Guns não, o Oasis já fazia um enorme sucesso no Brasil na época, e do Guns msm estava só Axl e Dizzy (nem lembro se era o Dizzy nos keyboards) e isso era meio queimacera como sempre após a separação! E o Oasis estava aí pra quem quisesse ouvir, com mt sucesso, vários sucessos na cabeça da galera, na época eu tinha 16 anos, e já sabia e tocava no violão (no improviso)Wonderwall, tocava Champagne Supernova, curtia Live forever, curtia Stand by me eu já tinha decorada, já viajava com o clipe de Don't go away, conhecia Guns, mas Guns ficou, não gosto mais de Guns, e Oasis é mais adulto, tem mais classe, é mais cool, Oasis tem mais estilo!
