I just bought kushaq 1.0 TSI one week back. So far driven 250km. Previously used to own swift. Drove it for 10 years. Took test drive of nexon seltos creta. Kushaq ka test drive lete hi pyaar ho gaya. Everyday I am learning the machine and getting myself accustomed with the machine. Wish me luck for happy ownership experience.

While I'm not in the market immediately for a new car, in next 1-3 years I would be, and I don't think the options available would be drastically different from what they are right now. I own a Vento TSI (with DSG, Highline trim - top-but-one trim). I'm overall happy with the product. There were some issues with the stock kit. Most important, the stock headlights were pathetic, and even after spending >Rs. 60k to get 'official' HID headlight upgrade from VW dealer, I was still left wanting. Eventually I got an aftermarket LED fitment, and now I'm happy. Then, the stock infotainment system did not support any kind of navigation, Apple Car Play, Android Auto, etc., so driving on unknown roads was challenging. I was willing to spend more for an official replacement, but none was available. So, eventually I went for an Android based aftermarket replacement, but it performs very, very poorly, and hence, I hardly use it. Lastly, I find the TSI engine very, very noisy (remedied by sound insulation sheets all around). Also, the stock tires were not noisy with poor cushioning (which I upgraded to much better ones after 40k km). But, even if I were to overlook these issues, the service of the sole official VW workshop is absolutely pathetic. On one occasion, I was made to wait an hour for a routine service for which I had already taken a prior appointment, and still was turned away without having the car serviced informing that the workshop had a backlog of cars to be serviced. I'm completely fine with spending few thousand rupees extra every year towards routine maintenance or part replacements, but what I'm not alright with is the uncertainty of parts availability. Because I own only one car, and typically I can't find the time or enthusiasm to stand over the workshop's head to get work done. That's why I'd resolved to never buy Skoda-VW products. But, coming back to the present era, while Creta-Seltos-Alcazar-Carens seem to be most feature rich and balanced products along with much better track record for parts availability and quality of service, apart from poor construction quality, top trims of both models are also plagued with poor headlight performance at night (which I've realized is a non-negotiable from safety perspective). Harrier-Safari and XUV700 would be too large for my comfort (in terms of being able to find convenient parking spots). I'm hoping with much more localization in Skoda-VW cars, parts availability must have improved. A 4-cylinder torque-converter option would have been really tempting for me. Hence, in 'this' segment, best options are Kushaq-Taigun and Grand Vitara-Hyryder (and possibly also upcoming Elevate). I'm willing to go a segment 'below' with XUV300, but its AMT is a deal breaker. So well, who knows I might eventually end up buying a Kushaq (because Skoda has two dealer-workshops in my city as against VW's only one)! And to that end, your video might end up being one of the gentler nudges (so, thanks! 🙂). Sorry for such a long comment. And, thanks for reading till the end (if you did)!

Thx bhai ❤️ - Bluetooth - Delete all paired phones from Stereo & Delete car BT from phone for a reset, connect again and try, if not u shud defo check it with the service center, they will run the diagnostics and might update the software if needed. - PPF : Sasta karwana nahi, Mehnga apne budget mein nahi toh maine karwaya nahi, GARWARE is one of the best PPF if u wish to get it done. Tho the colour quality of german cars are amazing, i dont think theres a use. But again its a personal preference :) - Dashcam : 70 Mai M 300 is the best choice
Meri Swift diesel ka ECM kharab ho gya tha, jo available nhi tha, company se order krne pr 1 mahine baad aaya tha bhai. Aese parts available nhi hote kisi bhi service center pe.

Secondly its not a compulsion, the issues were in 2021/22, they have been solved now.. but yes, if u can get 95, u will get alot of addon benefits. Its hard to find 95, my trick is. I treat Half tank as Empty. So whenever i reach half, i get it filled up 🙃

@@svijaymba- Firstly its not compulsory, Second India mein Corruption ka bol bala hai, kabhi normal petrol ko botal mein bharke dekho kitna गंध hai usmein. Ye saale normal petrol ko X95 bana ke bech de inka bass chale. They suggest to get XP95, agar tumhe normal dalwana hai toh koi issue nahi.. Baaki i wud say, TATA is a better option for u, paani se bhi chalegi woh

Can you or any reader of this comment care to guide? I am confused in Kushaq and Taigun. I want to buy automatic .. I shortlisted these 2 ambition model of Kushaq 1.0 Tsi and Taigun highline with same engine specs. First issue with kushaq is they don't have lava blue color in ambition model but only in Style model. Second issue is look from outside and even inside is not that premium in Taigun as it is in Kushaq. Plus their own top model comes with different headlamps where in kushaq it is similar. 3rd is after watching videos on youtube, i am concerned about epc and ac working of the vehicle. Can you or any reader of this comment care to guide? Please suggest...
Dossnt matter whatever u buy, they both are the same. - I would say buy the one which has a service center near ur place.. - 1.0 for the City use, if u have more Highway runs, go for 1.5 (for 2 cylinder mode) - Its been 6 months with my Kushaq. AC is perfect, no EPC issues, no hassles at all. Also i use XP95 Petrol, tho there are my subscribers who use normal petrol and have Absolutely no issues with their cars watsoever.

i have the car, i will tell you the window issue, it is actually a sensor, that prevents an injury, agar haath aa jaaye window mein toh window neeche aa jaati hai, kai baar rubber se window ko upar charhne mein dikkat hoti hai, toh woh wapas neeche aa jaati hai because of the opposite force. Noise, meri gaadi 10,000 chali hai, thodi boht hai, but maruti wali KHARH KHARH nahi hahi. itni awaaz toh side mein botal bhi karti hai.. Baaki, ye cheezein agar 5 Star safety se upar hai, toh bhai ji kya hi baat hai fir toh.. Reasons i bought the car was. - Going A to B with ease and comfort. German people are best at it. - City car, kahi bhi park karlo and also if taken on Highways shud performs. No other car can do better than Kushaq + 5 star safety ka sukoon aur Handling mein koi haath nahi pakad sakta iska.

While buying car from your hard earned money, Consider two things as priority First, shortlist car from the top 5 manufacturer of country Second, after selecting brand select segment of car and consider top 3 by sells max top 5 This will help u to get good after sell service and good after sell value plus peace of mind. For example: When Ecco Sport was available above rule would have stopped you buying that car, even the car is good and may be segment leader for some times too, since car is not from top manufacturer by sells. Now you can see clearly Ford left India, since they were not able to sells many cars, this happens with company who don't research much about Indian customers. People who heve Ford cars will struggle to get service parts and will face issue while selling. Many foreign brands don't understand Indian Car Market, if you see VW is good car company worldwide but they fail to sell in India. Because they launch new car at high prices and Indian customer always want to buy the car, which is having good track record, so people are reluctant to buy new models at high price and when customer are confident about car, few manufacturers will stop making that car at that time just VW did with Polo. They would have not stopped Polo, by doing this they will lose customer confidence, instead they would have lowered the cost of Polo and should have competed with i20, Baleno and Altroz since Polo is good car and also people got some confidence in buying that car and Polo is also having good track record. After that they would have entered compact SUV, then mid size SUV, etc just like Hyundai did. Since Polo discontinued we don't know when they can discontinue these new cars. Skoda, VW cars are good but they lack strategy. Hope they can get good sells for newly launched car and customer can get good after sell service.

When AC is on, auto on/off feature automatically deactivated and engine keep running during stop period as I have experienced in my 1.5 dsg. Please reconcile however I am not sure about 1lit engines.
Well, theres a Pressure sensitivity switch in the Brakes. if you push the brake 50%, the car wont stop, if you push it a lil more it will. if you sayin u might have an issue, Try puttin your car in PARKING at a stop. it shud switch off the gear. if not, pls visit the Service Center

See, as long as it doesn’t F up the electricals, Skoda has no issues. Its not like they see an aftermarket accessory and they write off the warranty NO!, if theres an issue because of the foreign accessory, then there can be an issue.. Though Skoda is also offering genuine accessories to the buyers at affordable rates, i suggest u confirm with the service centre if they provide the 360 cam.. :)
Yes. It is possible. It can be done at dealer level. I have done it with Blaupunkt 980 system and Sony cameras in Kushaq, It cost about Rs.65,000. However, I personally feel that it is not of much use, though the quality is supreme. If your parking space is tight, then it can be useful. As a bonus, it records video automatically from all 4 cameras simultaneously in a pen drive, from the engine start time until it is switched off.
@@niladrinath6043 : Compromise with quality is the only main concern as such. Engine / Ride Quality / Safety is top notch. If u are buying a new car, worth it. I wont suggest buying a second hand car, i doubt it would run the same after 5 years.

There are plenty people who didn’t opt for the 4 years maintenance package and there bills are same as any Hyundai or a Honda car.. around 6-7000₹ There are plenty of videos on YT for u to check.

Misinformation . Skoda was not asking people to use N95. Skoda had bad fuel pumps meant for N95. It was skoda error which they rectified. please do research or else dont make such long vids

I am confused in Kushaq and Taigun.
I want to buy automatic .. I shortlisted these 2 ambition model of Kushaq 1.0 Tsi and Taigun highline with same engine specs.
First issue with kushaq is they don't have lava blue color in ambition model but only in Style model.
Second issue is look from outside and even inside is not that premium in Taigun as it is in Kushaq. Plus their own top model comes with different headlamps where in kushaq it is similar.
3rd is after watching videos on youtube, i am concerned about epc and ac working of the vehicle.
Can you or any reader of this comment care to guide? Please suggest...
Dossnt matter whatever u buy, they both are the same.
- I would say buy the one which has a service center near ur place..
- 1.0 for the City use, if u have more Highway runs, go for 1.5 (for 2 cylinder mode)
- Its been 6 months with my Kushaq. AC is perfect, no EPC issues, no hassles at all. Also i use XP95 Petrol, tho there are my subscribers who use normal petrol and have Absolutely no issues with their cars watsoever.

i have the car, i will tell you the window issue, it is actually a sensor, that prevents an injury, agar haath aa jaaye window mein toh window neeche aa jaati hai, kai baar rubber se window ko upar charhne mein dikkat hoti hai, toh woh wapas neeche aa jaati hai because of the opposite force.
Noise, meri gaadi 10,000 chali hai, thodi boht hai, but maruti wali KHARH KHARH nahi hahi. itni awaaz toh side mein botal bhi karti hai..
Baaki, ye cheezein agar 5 Star safety se upar hai, toh bhai ji kya hi baat hai fir toh..
Reasons i bought the car was.
- Going A to B with ease and comfort. German people are best at it.
- City car, kahi bhi park karlo and also if taken on Highways shud performs. No other car can do better than Kushaq + 5 star safety ka sukoon aur Handling mein koi haath nahi pakad sakta iska.

@@urthedrug Kaash skoda iski commission de raha hota mujhe hahaahaha.. Dekho bhai, Parking ki samasya nahi hai toh SLAVIA ya VIRTUS lelo, City mein parking issue bohot hai, tabhi maine Kushaq li or else i wud have bought VIRTUS, especially because of the Tilted Dashboard.
Slavia ka BLUE color kamaal hai aur Silver bhi, par Virtus saali alag si hai. Taigun ki tailamp mujhe achhi lagti thi, jab main uski drive lene gaya toh uski Tail lamp mein Paani bhara hua tha lol, it was broken and somehow water went in. usko toh udhar hi list se nikaala main, aaj tak achhi nahi lagti..
- Baaki, gaadi aapki usage ke hisaab se leni chahiye. agar aap remote area mein ho, toh KUSHAQ TAIGUN lena bhaari parh sakta hai. u shud consider buying woh car jiska service center nazdeek ho

While buying car from your hard earned money, Consider two things as priority
First, shortlist car from the top 5 manufacturer of country
Second, after selecting brand select segment of car and consider top 3 by sells max top 5
This will help u to get good after sell service and good after sell value plus peace of mind.
For example:
When Ecco Sport was available above rule would have stopped you buying that car, even the car is good and may be segment leader for some times too,
since car is not from top manufacturer by sells.
Now you can see clearly Ford left India, since they were not able to sells many cars, this happens with company who don't research much about Indian customers.
People who heve Ford cars will struggle to get service parts and will face issue while selling.
Many foreign brands don't understand Indian Car Market, if you see VW is good car company worldwide but they fail to sell in India.
Because they launch new car at high prices and Indian customer always want to buy the car, which is having good track record, so people are reluctant to buy new models at high price and when customer are confident about car, few manufacturers will stop making that car at that time just VW did with Polo.
They would have not stopped Polo, by doing this they will lose customer confidence, instead they would have lowered the cost of Polo and should have competed with i20, Baleno and Altroz since Polo is good car and also people got some confidence in buying that car and Polo is also having good track record.
After that they would have entered compact SUV, then mid size SUV, etc just like Hyundai did.
Since Polo discontinued we don't know when they can discontinue these new cars.
Skoda, VW cars are good but they lack strategy.
Hope they can get good sells for newly launched car and customer can get good after sell service.

When AC is on, auto on/off feature automatically deactivated and engine keep running during stop period as I have experienced in my 1.5 dsg. Please reconcile however I am not sure about 1lit engines.
Well, theres a Pressure sensitivity switch in the Brakes. if you push the brake 50%, the car wont stop, if you push it a lil more it will.
if you sayin u might have an issue, Try puttin your car in PARKING at a stop. it shud switch off the gear. if not, pls visit the Service Center

See, as long as it doesn’t F up the electricals, Skoda has no issues. Its not like they see an aftermarket accessory and they write off the warranty NO!, if theres an issue because of the foreign accessory, then there can be an issue..
Though Skoda is also offering genuine accessories to the buyers at affordable rates, i suggest u confirm with the service centre if they provide the 360 cam.. :)
Yes. It is possible. It can be done at dealer level. I have done it with Blaupunkt 980 system and Sony cameras in Kushaq, It cost about Rs.65,000. However, I personally feel that it is not of much use, though the quality is supreme. If your parking space is tight, then it can be useful. As a bonus, it records video automatically from all 4 cameras simultaneously in a pen drive, from the engine start time until it is switched off.

@@niladrinath6043 : Compromise with quality is the only main concern as such. Engine / Ride Quality / Safety is top notch. If u are buying a new car, worth it. I wont suggest buying a second hand car, i doubt it would run the same after 5 years.

Misinformation . Skoda was not asking people to use N95. Skoda had bad fuel pumps meant for N95. It was skoda error which they rectified. please do research or else dont make such long vids

Sabka opinion hota hai bhai, tera opinion ko hum bilkul question nahi kar sakte.. But jaha Baaki companies 100 saal puraani hain like Skoda etc, Hamari indian companies 20/30 saal puraani. But fir bhi ab Mahindra apna bohot achha naam kama rahi hai Australia, South Africa jaisi countries mein.
5 saal mein i think it will emerge as prominent car brand. :)
