    Ofcourse sir with all due respect skoda/ vw cars the best u can get till now in India,, as i have driven vw polo for 4 yrs & 1 lakh km & skoda rapid for 3 yrs & 57000 km.. There r the best..

    Very detailed information. Very useful. One question if my running per year is 4000km then also service cost year wise will remain same or will it be reduced

      Your service cost will remain exactly same .
      So basically you need to get your Škoda serviced once in 365 days or 15000kms .
      Case 1: if your running is only 1000km in one year or 4000 or 10000 or 15000, then also service has to be done with same cost at the end of year.
      Case 2: if your car completed 15000km within 2 months, then u have to get it serviced right there in 2 months at the completion of 15000kms and 365 days/1year rule won’t apply here.
      And saying it again, cost mention in the video are minimum costs, if you opt for anything extra due to wear/tear or damage, that will cost extra!!

    SUSPENSION REPLACMENT REPLACEMENT , I have done for my VENTO @ 1Lakh KM ,
    REPAINT after 7 years probably ...??

      Suspension replacement will be a bit costly and it is a costly affair for every car. But again, suspension change depends on your driving conditions - the road and terrain. I drove a Hyundai Verna for 1.2 lac km and sold it without touching anything in the car(except ECM which got a sudden malfunction- luck :( ).
      I feel the suspension replacement situation arises either due to a manufacturing defect or due to driving on bad roads.
      So suspension replacement scenario may occur to some(but not to everyone) and if you have an extended warranty, it should be covered for upto 7 years.
      For Kushaq suspension replacement: I estimate it to cost around 40k max( do not have exact figures though)

      Yep !!!
      It's a costly affair with VW , but these are high performance cars ( siblings AUDI A1 2014/ RAPID /POLO ) ,
      It is totally worth to spend for the car , still confident to turn a corner at @120kmph in a 2 way ....
      Total stability
      I have driven around 1.15 L kms and pending
      @1.25 Lakhs there is timing belt change
      @1.6 lakhs km there is valve kit replacement I think

    Service your car at the authorised service till your warranty then get it serviced outside with the OEM oil and parts , surely would cost less than this

      If someone can really take care of that much, it will surely bring down the costs by 40-50 % easily!
      But I see nowadays many people want convenience more than anything else. Pick and drop off the car for service is expected by a lot of folks and for such expectations, this level of details and service breakdown does not matter as they are not interested in low-level details.
      But for those who can go this route of local service with details nothing like it. In fact i do the same for my Ignis which is out of warrant now and Nexa used to bill me more than VW/Skoda!

      @@PradhanAryaman Yes that becomes a problem of monopoly because, in places like Delhi(NCR), there are multiple service centers which are good for us customers due to their competition!

    Considering the 2.0 program with parts made in India i am guessing there is question on durability of the parts used so at least from 3rd and 4th year onwards you can easily expect more service cost not in every service but a few services till 10th which which make the total cost higher than what you have shown so for the total we can easily add 10000 rs plus if its DSG then perhaps even more

      And there are wear and tear parts like clutch plate, brake pads which will get changed for sure till 10 years and that will add more cost
      Plus they recommend XP95 only so you are paying more for fuel as well

      As i mentioned in the video, the 10 years cost is coming at around 85k, adding all those buffer as you mentioned like clutch plates, brake shoe pads etc i feel it may go upto 1.5 lacs max which translates to 15k per month. This buffer will vary for everyone and it can be minimal for people with low running and for those who take drive sanely!

      Specifically to DSG, I want to mention that there is no gear oil change which makes it a bit cheaper to maintain than the 1.0 Torque converter AT. Also if we drive DSG with the recommended driving style and do not abuse the gearbox, then it works just fine forever without any breakdown.
      I know when people buy DSG in a Virtus GT, most of them will not drive sanely though :D

      @@CarsPlusBikes yes I watched your entire video but this DQ200 is infamous for heating and mechatronics getting damaged on sudden acceleration from start ..
      If people who buy the cars are sensible enough to understand how DSG works and how to maintain turbocharger then your costs will be a reality and like you said it's the min cost of maintenance for sure because the wear and tear components will further increase the cost for sure...
      And using DSG in slow moving conditions like traffic and bad roads for a longer time can also cause the dry clutch to give out faster

      @@vijuvlogs : Yep DQ 200 is infamous and everyone wants to blame it but no one looks into their style of driving.
      Mechatronics getting damaged from sudden acceleration from a standstill is something new to me because every UA-camr has tested every VW DSG car like that only(I agree that most(not all) journos won't care much about the test cars). and this is how everyone sharing their ownership experience has shown their cars.
      I have owned a venue DCT for the past 4 years and tried the aggressive start from a standstill only 2-3 times, I also tested my car in traffic and yes it starts to get heated in traffic quite fast but because I know how it works, I never reached a point where I had to stop my car. Also looking at my car's condition today, it does not feel like it will ask for clutch plate replacement any sooner.

    Be' cause i have driven last 22000 km in urban cruiser & it almost cost 7000 per service for petrol.. Not the point vw/skoda service per 15000..& other brands per 10000

      Yes. It's not recommended to be changed for 1.5 lac kms and 10 years. However the coolant level is checked in every service and if it drops, then there is an issue. For a minor drop, they will top it up but if it drops by a considerable amount then you should monitor it and get the car checked.

    Everything well said and justified, just fact check, Skoda and Volkswagen merge nahi hui hai!! Volkswagen signed a joint venture in the year 1991, and not only that, Skoda, Audi, Porsche, Lambo , Ducati, Bugatti everything is owned by Volkswagen…. Merge concept aapne banaya hai 😂😂

      What you mentioned is true from a global view.
      But in India, Škoda and vw always acted as different companies and in 2019 , they announced a merger of its Indian divisions to become Škoda Auto Volkswagen India pvt ltd.
      Even if you look at this link, they call it merger only

      Additionally, in Indian context, Audi, porsche and Lamborghini stilll operates as separate companies in India!
