Great interview!
Fascinating, Semper Fi Marine.🙂
I believe that’s “Sonar” whom I spent the day with at Beale in the chase car in the group shot. He is the tall balding guy sort of in the middle . Nice guy and was a lot of fun. Interesting interview, thanks ! We will be at Reno this year, my 30th year !
I never considered the U-2 being a tailwheel airplane. Now though I can see it. Interesting video.
Most interesting interview James, thanks for posting it. You are on the cover of the Chico paper for the fly in at Oroville, today! Good show! We used to fly into Oroville for breakfast and their fly-ins. Boy, does the ship look spiffy! Lots of elbow work. Best to you and Diane and Charles
Oh cool, I saw the website, is it actually on a printed paper? Could I ask you to save a copy for me, please? I can come and pick it up. Be nice to put in 805's file.
@@JamesGood Sorry, only have access to the computer version. Would be happy to otherwise. Call the paper or send animal, I'm sure they would be happy to send you the paper. It's a beautiful picture.

Thanks James. It is always fascinating to hear how individuals find the career they have. Cheers
Most pilots in the past would start off on the Stearman, Andrew did it the other way round.
