As a new Muslim, I love this film because it shows something I can relate to as my mother and siblings all treat me like rubbish now and act like I’m some sort of terrorist even though I bled in the uniform of the US Marines and now I’m Muslim they ridicule me and say slanderous hatred remarks to me and my children. I am learning sabr and patience daily thanks to Allah, and I pray some day my burdens will turn to ease and I may be accepted into a true Umma. Keep spreading the message my brother. Reading through the comments tells me the support is overwhelmingly in favour of another series. While I don't live in the UK, there are patterns of behaviour that are prevalent throughout the western world by our youth. We need to go further with the protagonists and see how they develop as part of the ummah.

The niqabi sister is so sharp and amazing, the mom and everyone portrays so many layers and emotions from what we witness in real life, the mutliple trials the Muslims face from the struggles of ghettoization and racism within the educational system rooting for Arabs and Blacks to fail to the surveillance system eating at people’s freedom, from trying to be the best we can be and fighting against currents to come out of heavy circumstances and surroundings to regular white folks continuing their imperialist tradition soaked in xenophobia not forgetting about the politics and authorities always pitting us against one another and placing so many obstacles and holes for us to fall in without caring or rectifying the damages they cause in our daily life. 👏👏👏

As a new Muslim, I love this film because it shows something I can relate to as my mother and siblings all treat me like rubbish now and act like I’m some sort of terrorist even though I bled in the uniform of the US Marines and now I’m Muslim they ridicule me and say slanderous hatred remarks to me and my children. I am learning sabr and patience daily thanks to Allah, and I pray some day my burdens will turn to ease and I may be accepted into a true Umma. Keep spreading the message my brother. You help people like me be able to understand realities of being Muslim and the hatred we have to face even though our religion is one of peace. Alhamdulillah Insha’Allah 💚🙏🏽

The three young actors are pretty good (young Omar and friends), as well as much of the supporting cast. The first episode was a little raw and amateurish all around, but the second was way better quality, along with this one. Keep it up! Mah Sha Allah.

While I don't live in the UK, there are patterns of behaviour that are prevalent throughout the western world by our youth. We need to go further with the protagonists and see how they develop as part of the ummah.
