- VERY USEFUL AND DELICIOUS! Everyone loves this recipe from my grandma! A simple cauliflower recipe. Not surprisingly, this is one of my all-time favorite dishes: oven-roasted cauliflower. This cauliflower dish is easy to make and can be cooked every day! Easy and delicious dinner! And you'll never get bored with this cauliflower recipe! Just follow the simple steps and your dinner is ready! Try this easy, delicious and healthy recipe! Let me know how you feel in the comments on this video!

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower.
salt 1 teaspoon.
Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes.
Potatoes 1kg.
Cool the cauliflower.
salt 1 tablespoon.
Mash the cauliflower.
2 eggs.
Breadcrumbs 130 gr.
Candied Nut.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cheese 100 gr.
Parsley.
Mix well.
Let's create...
olive oil
Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes.
The potatoes are ready!
Pour off some broth.
butter 80g
milk 100 ml.
Mash the potatoes well.
Let's add some broth.
Cauliflower cutlets are ready.
Enjoy your meal!

These look very tasty ! They are also a nice change from meat or fish cakes. I saw a recipe today for "eggplant burgers," also. I cannot wait to try these. I think I will try them with a little "Red Bell Pepper" dipping sauce on the side, OR pureed "Spinach Sauce" on the side. I don't want pasta sauce and I don't want cheese either. I added a few more spices like garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast and cayenne pepper according to my taste.
I also pan fried the patties instead of baking them

Most of us could do with more veggies in our diets. Fresh ways to do the same old veggies are always welcome. I stir fry a lot. Tons of veg and a bit of lean protein with a flavorful sauce. So good! Asparagus stir fried properly with a little salt and pepper is a gift from heaven. So crisp and tender. Not mooshy. Who wants limp, mooshy asparagus? Keeps it's bright green color, too. It's 9 am and I'm making myself so hungry!

@@frischerezepte Can you please tell us, what is candied nut? Many in the comments here have asked what it is and we can't find any information about it. Is it ground nutmeg or is it candied nuts like German candied almonds that have been ground up?

Why waste the ‘core’ of the cauliflower? In this recipe it can all be mashed up anyway and it’s very nutritious too!
