Remarkable footage of your shrimp enjoying the homemade food!
Always Nice to see shrimp go ballistic for homemade food😀
I have finally acquired all the ingredients of your shrimp foods and tonight we'll be trying our hand at it! Thank you for everything you teach us. your the best!!
Well we fed the shrimp the spinach recipe this morning and they are going nuts for it, tomorrow we will feed nettle food. THANKS, Eddie
Does drying the food at elevated temperatures not destroy a lot of the nutrients you want to add? Why nit just dry in an air dryer and keep the nutrients?
Hey thanks for all the great info and would love to see ya back making videos the shrimp hobby is definitely growing.
Heck yeah! I have been waiting for this video!
Keep up the great work!
Great video as always! Thanks for sharing your food making process, I might have to try sometime!
love the way you explain the process of making your shrimp food
I made my own spinache shrimp food. I had a kilo fresh spinache. Dried it all and turned it into powder. Al that was left was 60 grams 🤣
Hi, where did you get the montomorillonite clay? Is there a name, such as an element (like CO2)?
Thank you for your videos. I hope you are well!
Love the videos and I’m all in for streams!
Nice work.
If you are shooting for 1/2" thick mats, you could take two 1/2" diameter dowels ( or flat stock) and lay them on top of the parchment paper, parallel to each other, with the food between. Then cover with another sheet of parchment paper, and use a rolling pin on top. It will push everything down to 1/2” or less. Then remove the top sheet, dowels, and bake.
Wow. I'll never buy store bought again. I'm perfectly cool with making my own too control ingredients. I made my own power soil for organic gardening as well. Soil takes a year to cook before use. This food looks to be equally high quality for shrimp.. thanks for sharing.
Awesome information! I made some of the food based your prior video and my shrimp all loved it. I also used it to make shrimp lollies, which also were a huge hit. Thanks!
What are those incredible roots growing from (for example at 2:27)? Some kind of water lettuce? Absolutely beautiful.
I agree that adding the recipe would be great if you're willing to share. I also make my own food based on some things that I've found online. Feeding time is the best time!
I make diy fish food and I add some ground flax seeds which help bind the food together because it makes like a gel.
Thank you so much, I would not have thought to make my own shrimp food. (new to shrimp keeping). Just found your channel and not only Thumbs Up!! but you have a new subscriber too.
Well, if it's good enough for your shrimp, it's good enough for me! Not me in person, but I'll certainly be making some to your recipes. Tremendous stuff.
Love it
I just found your channel and subscribed today, just so happens I have a few pounds of duck weed and water lettuce dried up, need that next food video!!!
Have you ever tried to use a dehydrator instead of the oven? I feel like you would preserve more of the nutrients?
Being patient has never been my strong point. Next time I do this I will use a dehydrator.
Thanks for sharing. I’m just getting into shrimp, they are just like little fairy’s flying in the tank🌻
Love this! I really enjoy watching your videos, you should definitely make more! ❤️
I have found that my shrimp absolutely love those vegetarian super food smoothie powders. The tub I bought was composed of like thirty different fruits and vegetables, and surprisingly most of them were ingredients I already used.
this is incredible to watch them I really loved they're color's
thanks for the info
Hello! I have a question. I don't have an oven, can I just sun dry this?
I'd like to try this some time.
Wow, they did go wild. A live video could be fun!
Awesome!
Great vid! Why do you need to bake the foods? Can you just leave them overnight to air dry? Wouldn’t it be better?
Don't need to I guess....I would like to get a dehydrator. I usually bake on low but this time I got a little impatient.
can you write a name for that white powder you add please
what is you adding white color powder thing? Please tell me that formula or Chemical Mixture.
Wow !!! been waiting for your video, hope everything is going well mate 🙂
How amazing. The reaction from your shrimp to the food is like zombie in "world war Z" film.🤣
wow
Luke you use fresh ingredients? I have a mulberry tree outside and some fresh spinach
Hi what clay did you use?
If I use this food do I have to suck it out after they are done eating? Or is it like the mulberry leaves where they don’t mold?
Do you grow biofilm artificially for your shrimps ?
Hello. Thank you for you video. But would be nice if you put in discription the recipe in proportion and name of ingredients. Not just watching how you mix powder together, because some name of ingredients I didn't understand.
Can you link all the ingredients you bought?
Do you sale them
I shall keep my eye out for the duckweed food
I think a silicon baking mat would be easier than a baking parchment for removing the cooked food.
Probably...I'm a noob at baking
How long does this food last? Does it go bad quickly?
Hi Natan, didn't you have an online store? Don't you sell your shrimp?
Do you notice that your shrimp slow down or stop breeding in the winter? I’ve got a heater in my tank and yet I haven’t had any breeding in the past few months. It’s a little discouraging.
I do in some tanks while others don't care the season.
Do you sell your food? And what kind of shrimp are those?
Are you selling it ?
so cool ! - love watching your videos ! ( make more please xD!!!) - question though, how come you do this method over the pasta method? I find egg to be a great binder and the added benefits of the protein and minerals of the yolk also go a long way. would love to hear why you use one method over the other. Thanks.
I have never looked up how to make food...I probably should. I just did stuff on my own.
@@SooShrimpBreeders aaah, fair enough - super cool though, exploring things for yourself and finding what works and doesn't is half the fun of the hobby, keep it up !
Yes, I want a water lettuce food video!
Nice video! Please do some live streaming!
Soon
What size scoop is the bigger one?
Tablespoon
👍
5⭐️ shrimp food
I live in BC do you ship
Damni wish a had a few more. I only have 5 cherry shrimp. And to expensive to buy more
Is your name Soo or are you located in Sault Ste. Marie? Lol
Would you be so kind as to list the ingredients you use in both shrimp foods please and the amounts of each that you use? Thank you
I see this put in a 3D-printed cylindrical 4mm extruder. Now I off searching for an extruder building plan.
Are you still alive?
Make jello from that food and put it to freezer, will sink for sure. 👍
This, I swear, is not shrimp crack…
Things shrimp crack dealers say…😅
Shrimp dealers
Shrimp hash
Live stream 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Did this channel die off?
another great video
thank you
a question:
what can I use instead of that clay? may I use Mironekuton?
I think a small amount would be fine
@@SooShrimpBreeders thank you. waiting for your new videos. cheers
Love the videos and I’m all in for streams!
