I don’t know if All or McLachlan will be ready for the season. I think 1 or both could start the season on the PUP list. They are both coming back from injury’s. Tanner Hudson is probably going to make the team. At worst he will be back in the practice squad but right now with All and McLacklins health a question mark Hudson is certainly in.

I think this is it for Chris Evans. Dude they aren’t going to cut Drew Sample. He is the best blocking TE they have and one of the best in the nfl. Plus they just signed him to a 3 year 10 million dollar contract.
Lol apparantly you guys weren’t watching the Bengals in 2022 because of you were you would know that when Jonah Williams went down at LT and Jackson Carman had to play in his old college position and his best position of LT he performed admirably. Now when he first went in against the Ravens right after halftime he wasn’t great right away but being thrown in a olayoff game against the Ravens when you haven’t played all year is pretty fucking hard. In the Buffalo game especially he allowed no sacks and no hits the entire game. Now people in the NFL said Jackson Carman can’t play left tackle, after he just played LT for Clemson for 3 god damned years, because of his 32.5 inch arms. I say that’s nonsense. The Falcons starting RT has 32 inch arms. The Colts starting RT has 32 inch arms. Chris Hubbard an OT for the 49ers has 30.750 inch arms and he plays Offensive Tackle exclusively. You don’t need 35 plus inch arms to play offensive tackle in college or the NFL. Same thing with Hakeem Adeniji he played LT for 4 years for Kansas and gets to the NFL and the Bengals had him
Playing every position but left tackle. He was a good player. He was average at RT and Guard but he like Carman are better at LT because that’s the only fucking position they played in college. They never took a single god damned snap at any portion but LT.

Carman is the backup Left tackle. He has played LT, RT, RG, LG for the Bengals. He was the best at LT. Anyone with eyes knows that. But he can only backup that position in my opinion. Yes he can get you through a game at guard or RT but he isn’t great there. Cody Ford isn’t good at ANY position that I’m aware of. I think the only reason they keep him around is he is friends and college teammates with Orlando Brown Jr. D’Ante Smith is history and so is Trey Hill. Matt Lee will be the new backup Center. Smith and Hill might go to the practice squad. Maybe just Trey Hill because D’Ante Smith has done thing his 3 years here. He has started 1 game and played in 3 games in 3 fucking years. Trey Hill is the most unathletic Center as you could possibly get. Dudes RAS is like 2.01. Matt Lees is 9.00. But Trey Hill at least has played. He started 3 games and has played in 24 games. D’Ante Smith is usually hurt that’s his biggest problem. Unless he just looks like a differant player in the pre season he is history. Hill will go to the practice squad because he is a Center who can play guard. Smith is only a tackle and not a very good one. The O linemen who make the team I believe will be the 5 starters of course then Jackson Carman, Matt Lee, Cody Ford, Amarius Mims. I think they just roll with 9. I wish they still had Hakeem Adeniji. If I still had him I would let Carman go to the practice squad by like dumbasses they let him walk last season and after spending last season on the Vikings active roster he now plays for the Cleveland Browns. Too bad Bill Callahan is no longer there because I think he could have done great things with Adeniji.

Cater has 0.5 sacks not 0. I think either Travis Bell or Devinsha Maxwell takes Zach Carters spot. I think Carter will go to the practice squad. Unless Carter is just killing it in pre season. Unless he looks like a differant player. We could use Travis Bell because he is a nose tackle. He is 6’1’’ 310. He is a smaller nose tackle but a NT nonetheless. Jay Tufele is also a NT but he hasn’t impressed me so far. Now BJ Hill has the size and strength to play NT but I don’t think he is. Jackson is out true NT and we don’t have Josh Tupou anymore so we need another NT on the team. Or I could see the Bengals moving Cam Sample to DT getting him to get his weight up to 285-290 and playing him mostltly on the inside and keeping Cedric Johnson in his old edge spot. I think he is going to be a dam good player and I think if you send him to the squad he gets poached.
There is exactly 0 competition for the TE 2 spot guys. Drew Sample is the TE2. He is their best blocker and they just signed him to a 3 year 10 million dollar deal AFTER the draft. So they signed Gesicki then drafted 2 TEs and AFTER that the Bengals signed him to a 3 year 10 million deal. Did you guys not know that or something? Yall aren’t good at your jobs if you didn’t. Drew Sample isn’t going anywhere guys. The TE2 spot is locked down. Now there is competition for TE3 and TE4 if they keep 4.

I think D’Ante Smith will be cut. I think Zach Carter will be cut and I think Chris Evans will be cut and I think Trey Hill will be cut. And I think all of them exept D’Ante Smith will be resigned to the practice squad. Man they sure wasted a lot of draft picks on o linemen in 2021. A 2nd round pick on Carman a 4th round pick on Smith and a 6th round pick on Hill. Carman is the only one who has played significant snaps in regular season and the only one who has played at all in the post season.

Lol dude why would you take D’Ante Smith over Jackson Carman?? Smith has started 1 game and played in 3 in his 3 years here. He is usually hurt and when he isn’t he isn’t very good. Carman has played in 25 games and started 11 including 3 playoff games. I don’t understand how anyone could say they would rather have Smith! The fact that Smith has only started 1 game and played in 3 should tell you all you need to know about him. That he wasn’t good that’s why he wasn’t played or he was hurt all the time and that the coaching staff don’t trust him enough to put him out there. No fucking way is Smith making this team. I’m not sure is Carman is either but I would take Carman over Smith any day because Carman has big game experience and Carman played for a big college program and played in a national championship game AND Carman is still only 24 years old. D’Ante Smith is 26. He formed 26 in June and Carman won’t be 25 util January. So he is 1.5-2 years younger than Smith. I think you have to keep Carman. The purpose of having depth is having experienced people. Carman can come in and play either tackle spot and guard if there wasn’t anyone else. Cody Ford can play guard or tackle too. Matt Lee is the backup Center but could play guard. He played guard for a year in college. Mims is just a tackle. Smith is just a tackle and would be my third choice to play either tackle spot. Mims is the first tackle off the bench or Carman is. Ford is the first guard off the bench followed by Carman or Lee. Lee is the first center off the bench.
