If you haven't received any confirmation email till now, then it implies that you were unsuccessful in the ballot. They've mentioned on their website that results will be declared within 2 weeks of ballot closing, since the ballot was closed on July 18th so the 2-weeks window ended on August 01 itself. Moreover, almost all applicants regardless of their status received confirmation email till July 25th only. Do check the spam folder of your email account as well because the email might have been delivered to it instead of getting delivered to the primary folder.
