Because my mom was diagnosed with Enlargement of the heart.and Grade 1 diastolic function, which I worry a lot , her BP is flax rusting usually her diastolic is so low 57. But when she is at the clinic her Bo is 130/60mmhg
@@AdamJStoryDC well, if you take your blood pressure few times a week , in order to make sure you are in control, going to the hospital , is not something relasic , or practical. from what you saying between the lines, is that home monitors are worthless? id the home monitors are not reliable or acurate , what is the point even using them.
@@AG-mo9zs What's the point of driving a Honda when a Mercedes performs better? Because with almost everything, you don't the best of something for it to still be useful.
It's just as accurate as the ones doctors are using, is just that you lack the knowledge to interpret it, there many factors that determine the understanding of the reading, medical history, body weight, treatments you're on etc...hope it helps!

@@adamal9560 Thanks. Unfortunately I’m no athlete! Things progressed - long story short Covid did a “job on my heart” (bradycardia). I’ve seen a Cardiologist and am on meds to increase my heart rate …it’s now 60! 🤗
@@adamal9560 Thank you very much. It’s certainly been interesting! My pulse did dip into the low 30’s, but thankfully I saw the Cardiologist at that time. Apparently it’s affected my Sinus Node. I did ask how low one’s pulse can actually go before “crisis”, but was never told. 😉 I was aware Covid could cause/trigger Tachycardia, but apparently a few people seem to have become Bradycardic. All I can say is …. never do normal in my household! 🤗😂 A few weeks ago I had a Holter monitor fitted (48 hrs). Despite medication, I was still dipping to 35, but my average is 60 - so that’s a great improvement. Thank heavens for the medication (which has subsequently been increased). I appreciate Pacemakers are a routine procedure for Cardiologists, but I do like to avoid surgery!! 🤗😉 Love this channel. Excellent advice regarding natural remedies for high BP and everything else.
The ECG is only available after you open an account, pay a fee and agree for your health info to be sent out of country. That is what the reviews on Amazon say. If this is true, How could this Doctor not mention that in the video?
Great review. I found in Walmart my top number was around 106 and on the Wellue I'm reading around 120. What do you think, Doc? My wife was higher at Walmart and lower using this machine.

The MOST important question, is how accurate is it ? I was reading mixed reviews on this issue.
The most accurate is to go to the hospital. It's accurate for home use.

There are always good and bad reviews with blood pressure monitors. You just have to make the best decision for you.

If you get any irregularities on that device EKG will it show and explain? Because not everyone can read and understand EKG graphs

The point is the ecg is looking for an irregular heartbeat. Wrist cuffs already do that.
Not all do. If you already have one, don't buy another one.
