If I would have seen this guy without knowing it was Horatio Sanz, I would have never known! He looks so good! This was like a catching up between good friends, not an interview. Loved it 😗
I love when SNL alumni come on and tell old stories, especially these two..i couldn't even imagine working with them back in those days...they are so funny together I wouldn't have been able to work...I'd never stop laughing
This was one of my favourite interviews. I laughed so hard. That pillar in the club had me on the floor. Love seeing Jimmy so happy. If the walls could talk where snl is produced. Imagine the stories!!!
The guys also did an audience Q&A after this segment which we filmed, can catch a few more stories there! facebook.com/FallonTonight/videos/10155344141183896/
The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon thank you for filming not only the live stream but for also giving us this extended interview.. I couldn't stop laughing, I bet they had the audience cracking up the whole time..if they were this funny last night I couldn't even imagine working with them back in those wild and crazy SNL days
So glad to see Horatio again! I always thought "this is going to be a good one" & got ready to laugh when I saw he was in a skit - it was usually destined to be funny if not hilarious, especially if Jimmy was in there too.
I've seen this a couple of times already but I laugh more each time. It's like 2 old friends catching up,Their friendship is so refreshing and fun and i don't even know them personally but I'm sure they crack up laughing every time they're together😂💙.
Love this extended interview, you two were the greatest on SNL. You came from a great time of SNL with an amazing cast and you two just cracked me up all the time.
HS: "Jimmy, I'm trying to impress this girl, would you share a beer with her? She really thinks you're neat." JF: "Sure! Hi! Nice to meet you. What's you're name?" ¿¿: "I'm fifteen. I've been a fan of yours since I was eleven!" HS: "Good times! Have a few drinks, and I'll be back to hit on you later."

Every time I watch that Debbie Downer sketch I just crack up. It never gets old. Then there's also the sketch for Weekend Update where it was Jimmy's late day on SNL and they had Horatio play a Greek architect or something trying to design a stadium for the Olympics. That sketch was fun.
I just love with all of the mentions of “I Wish it was Christmas Today” nobody ever talks about the fact that Chris Kattan had to stand there holding the keyboard the whole time 😂
Please can we have the Christmas song once more from Horatio, Jimmy, Chris and Tracy. It's evergreen. I love them and want to see them on the screen together at least for the Christmas song... I wish it was Christmas today❤️❤️
These two were dynamite together and separately on SNL and that era of SNL was my absolute favorite. They're still as goofy and absolutely hilarious as ever!
This was so entertaining to watch. This isn't even an interview, it's just two longtime friends talking about the good ole days. Hearing the story of them sliding on the table at a writers party had me dying of laughter, AND THEN WHEN JIMMY PULLED OUT A PHOTO. I was so thrilled to see that.
"we're not allowed to have those parties anymore after it was discovered that you brought a 16 year old girl, when the invitation clearly stated guests must be 15 or under."
these two were the only ones that could make every time they broke a sketch within a sketch that's how funny these 2 were together :D Horatio&Jimmy one of the best if not the best comedy duo SNL ever had ^-^ true legends of the show
Now THAT'S Jimmy's genuine laugh... this laugh with other guest are exaggerated but that's it...I wish it was like that all the time...love you Jimmy!!!!
They’ve known each other for many years, of course they feels connected. They’re incredibly close. Expecting jimmy to interact the same with a good friend than with practically strangers is kinda unfair
This interview lead me to find the 'I Wish it Was Christmas Today' - which lead me on a huge horatio-fueled binge of old sketches... These guys were nothing but good old-fashioned youthful abandon, praise be.
One of my favorite SNL bits from this time was a faux ad for "The Best of Horatio Sanz!" on SNL, aired during like his THIRD show or something like that, he had barely done any episodes.
Jimmy always seems happier when he talks about SNL with old cast members
Nothing like talkin bout the good ole days w your boys who you've known for 10 plus years. Cheers mate
Same thoughts, it's when I actually love watching jimmy
It’s the same thing when you watch Seth Meyers. Seeing Samberg, Armisen, or Mulaney on Late Night is great
And better presenter actually 😀
Any comment on child grooming charges at your after parties?
I've been waiting for this interview for YEARS.
Gabriel Fernández Right!? First time Horatio has been on The Tonight Show, yeah?
I think he did the ice bucket challenge with Jimmy and The Roots but yeah, first interview for sure..... :)
Their friendship is a genuine delight.
Did you guys just come over from the Quartering as well lol?
Sure is. Isn't it amazing how jimbo covers for his friend's predatory behavior on minors. Only true friends do that.
These doods are so elite. Im literally nothing compared to these gods
Aged like milk
Any comment on child grooming charges at your after parties?
All these years later and they still make each other laugh! I love these stories.
Me too
How sweet that Horatio keeps facing the audience and explaining the details of the stories to them.
If I would have seen this guy without knowing it was Horatio Sanz, I would have never known! He looks so good! This was like a catching up between good friends, not an interview. Loved it 😗
U married
Wow this was by far the best Jimmy Fallon interview I've ever seen.
I love when SNL alumni come on and tell old stories, especially these two..i couldn't even imagine working with them back in those days...they are so funny together I wouldn't have been able to work...I'd never stop laughing
Sharon Zurcher You should check out Norm MacDonald’s UA-cam show, tons of SNL “inside baseball” stuff
Fallon YOU GOTTA do i wish it was Christmas today on your show gotta
These guys represent the worst of SNL. Fucking boring!!!
@@ohmy1670 awww. I'm so sorry you like to be a little bitch. lol
@@issiacmejia3385 I'm more of a huge dick. Thanks for playing slick.
This was one of my favourite interviews. I laughed so hard. That pillar in the club had me on the floor. Love seeing Jimmy so happy. If the walls could talk where snl is produced. Imagine the stories!!!
Tracy was the highlight of the "Christmas is Here Today" skit, standing there with a bored look and dancing.
Amazeballs! Need more stories from SNL!!! What a ride that must have been...
The guys also did an audience Q&A after this segment which we filmed, can catch a few more stories there! facebook.com/FallonTonight/videos/10155344141183896/

So glad to see Horatio again! I always thought "this is going to be a good one" & got ready to laugh when I saw he was in a skit - it was usually destined to be funny if not hilarious, especially if Jimmy was in there too.
"He speaks for all of us..." - Horatio Sanz during rock legend Bruce Dickinson's recording session
Hahaha he was awesome n that
I could watch these two talk all day.
Jimmy is at his best when he's telling stories
Jimmy, Horatio and Chris Kattan were comedy gold back on SNL! I lived for the sketches together :D
These two are the best together!
Thier best one is when Janet Jackson hosted, the "cork soakers" sketch. That was hilarious.
higgins wrote that sketch.
The 3 of them wrote it together.
🤣🤣🤣
literally watched that before showing up here.
Frank Holguín haha I JUST came to this from that sketch.
So glad they brought up Horacio’s cowbell character falling over constantly. That’s one of the best parts of that skit.
And just banging his head from side to side. Omg so hilarious
Finally they got together!
I've been waiting for this moment all my life.
This is just so genuine. I love when SNL alums guest on The Tonight Show. There is a unique connection that they have.
"u picked up a mickey mouse waffle and dabbed your tears" hahah
I will ALWAYS remember Jimmy for "By the way, YOU'RE WELCOME". Nick Burns!
This is how Jimmy laughs when he actually enjoys someone :)
This is the most genuine I think jimmy has ever been on this show....
" *So he left, to get cigarettes and spiced ham.* " 😂😂😂
Their chemistry is off the charts
I haven't even watched this yet and I absolutely love love love Horatio and Jimmy's stories of SNL ❤️😍😘😘
One of my FAVORITE THINGS is hearing stories like these. I don't care if the actor is 40 or 90, the stories are my favorite.
such fun to hear the stories
I could listen to these two for hours! This was great!
I've seen this a couple of times already but I laugh more each time. It's like 2 old friends catching up,Their friendship is so refreshing and fun and i don't even know them personally but I'm sure they crack up laughing every time they're together😂💙.
Horatio needs to be permanent on this show
Love this extended interview, you two were the greatest on SNL. You came from a great time of SNL with an amazing cast and you two just cracked me up all the time.
Damn, Horatio Sanz! Him and Jimmy were the best together.
Aww this was the bromance before the Jimmy & Justin bromance. Loved them on snl together!
Hello!
they talk about a sketch, and I instantly run to find it online! anyone else?
The cowbell skit was so funny - his bobble head while playing his instrument was priceless.
HS: "Jimmy, I'm trying to impress this girl, would you share a beer with her? She really thinks you're neat."
JF: "Sure! Hi! Nice to meet you. What's you're name?"

horatio is so bloody funny in snl
The Leatherman and Cork Soakers, made me laugh so hard.
Cork Soakers is one of the funniest sketches of that time. It's a silly concept, but the SNL guys just sold it so well.
Choochooo!
The Leatherman sketch always got me hard!
Don't forget Debbie downer in Disney
Seeing Janet Jackson breaking was hilarious..

I love Horatio and Jimmy together. Always make me bust out laughing.
Best scene, "Cork Soakers" .... LOL
It's crazy how different he looks now
Lola Bolarianista he looks younger now than when he first started
The Debbie Downer stuff, I don't blame them for breaking up, that is hilarious!! I still watch those sometimes and die laughing.
These two were my all time favorite on SNL. When Jarrets Room, Boston Teens and Jeffrey's would come on I would get so excited. Those were the days ❤️
Every time I watch that Debbie Downer sketch I just crack up. It never gets old. Then there's also the sketch for Weekend Update where it was Jimmy's late day on SNL and they had Horatio play a Greek architect or something trying to design a stadium for the Olympics. That sketch was fun.
I didn't recognize him. I had no fucking clue who that was until they mentioned the waffle. Dude looks fantastic.
This is one of my favorite interviews ever.
So this was after Jimmy was emailing & Horatio assaulted a 15 year old girl at an SNL after party???
Weird how not a single video pops up with this story when you type in "Horatio Sanz Jimmy Fallon"!?!
It's almost as if nobody wants to talk about it!?
@Ryan Akwar it's almost like he wants to make some sort of media cover up conspiracy.
@Ryan Akwar I'm not. I'm being sarcastic referring to what Richard Dawson said.
Cork Soakers is the best sketch with Jimmy and Horatio
Now that's a REAL laugh coming from Jimmy. I could listen to these 2 talk all day.
Sanz looks so different..great friendship..i have to look for that skit now..i miss these SNL days
This was back when SNL was REALLY a lot of fun ;)
I just love with all of the mentions of “I Wish it was Christmas Today” nobody ever talks about the fact that Chris Kattan had to stand there holding the keyboard the whole time 😂

Horatio is adorable. Love them together!
Haha...they crack up like little kids, it's great.
It's like listening to your two uncles tell wild stories of their youth.
This interview is pure joy!

Oop!
This is criminally underviewed
All of my favorite SNL skits have been with you two together! That Christmas band... The corksoakers and Debbie Downer just to name a few 😂👍👏
The Leather Man Skit was the funniest with these two breaking!

Love Horatio. He's underrated.
Horatio's laugh and--Jimmy trying NOT to laugh-- is everything.
The best sketch ever is "I wish it was christmas today"!!!!
Yah full of sense
ummm...
juat wathing in 2018
And that's when you break!
Here's one of Fallon and Sanz!
Can you help me with subs ?
And here's another one of Fallon and Sans!

Anyone who watched these two together on SNL, can understand why this interview is so amazing! They were the best together :)
You can tell they were true friends. Boys for life. One of his best interviews ever.
Jimmy is at his best when he tells stories.
String em both up
This interview lead me to find the 'I Wish it Was Christmas Today' - which lead me on a huge horatio-fueled binge of old sketches... These guys were nothing but good old-fashioned youthful abandon, praise be.
Maybe Conan can get the tonight show back now
He has a variety show in the works for HBO Max
Please!!
Great stuff!!
Great picture. Looks like Chris Kattan was supervising the antics on the left.
That Debbie downer sketch really is one of the funniest things of all time, I can never not laugh at that, cheers me up every time
One of my favorite SNL bits from this time was a faux ad for "The Best of Horatio Sanz!" on SNL, aired during like his THIRD show or something like that, he had barely done any episodes.
Nothing funnier than the 'Jeffrey's' sketch-
Horatio- 'This is a genuine Looney Tunes jacket!'
I got a half a taco in my ter-ce-ell
Well, this aged like the finest of milk.
Elaborate further...
Any comment on child grooming charges at your after parties?
I remember the Disneyland one - that was a so funny because they couldn't stop laughing...which makes it better IMO.
I loved that sketch!!!!!
“We were Wookies.- Mexican word of the day
Drunk stories are the best... that pic of jimmy diving on the table, holy shit how blasted was he
Sanz just couldn’t keep his hanz to himself, and Jimmy is definitely so spineless he’d groom juniors in high school without a second thought.
This
a legend interviewed, by another legend....
I LOVE THIS!!!!!!
That Christmas Today sketch was my fave that got me into snl and Jimmy! :D
Omg I love them.
LOL THE OLD 90S PAPERCUPS WITH THE LINES 🤣
