      That's funny but probably true. In most movies and tv series when involves a Mexican/Spanish character, they hardly ever hire a real Mexican actor, it's always a latino who grew up in USA and can't even speak Spanish right.

    I love how you can clearly see what the assignment was:
    - use 3 location words (supermercado, biblioteca, aeropuerto)
    - use 3 food or drinks (water, hamburger, pineapple)
    - use 4 conjugations (yo soy su amigo, tu eres mi amigo, etc)
    - use the time (where the boss comes in and randomly asks for the time)
    - use an interjection (que lastima!)

      I was kidding about the Italian. It's like saying that Peter Griffin speaks a fluent italian. About the spanish pronunciation, there are several mexican descent actors that speak spanish worse than some Americans, and I can Tell because I'm mexican and they sound like shit. Danny Trejo and Michelle Rodriguez are two good examples.

    • @marcomolinari7971
      @marcomolinari7971 10 років тому

      yeah i got your point and i agree. Well danny trejo is a mexican american so of course when he speaks spanish he resembles a proper mexican (i mean he's got a proper american accent), as you can see in several movies such as blood in blood out for instance. and hahah peter griffin speaking italian was like "bibidi babidi badi madi bubi babi".
