This isn’t a actually taking a sample from a game, but a lot of Danganronpa music is created using samples, and those samples pop up every once in a while in weird places. Namely, one SpongeBob special episode theme (I think it was truth of square, but don’t quote me) uses one of the same samples as the song Mr. Monokumas Lesson. That’s the only specific example i know, although i’ve seen over the years that the fan base always posts something if they recognize the sample.
a lot of danganronpa samples are from garageband and logic loops, like the vocals in the menu for ultra despair girls are called cody lyric 7 or something. rabbithole goes deep
So 18:00 is also sampled from the Mexican High School Musical & Pokémon Black and White 2 first came from The World Ends With You in the song "Dancer in The Street". The World Ends With You released in 2007, High School Musical released in 2008 and BW2 released in 2012.
The sample is also present in the song "Wings" by Hikaru Utada at around 3:53. (I'm pretty sure that song was released in 2006, so it did not come from The World Ends With You. I looked it up, too and I'm pretty sure it came from a sample CD)

When it comes to video games sampling songs, Pizza Tower had a lot of samples from 80s and 90s musics. One unique example that people have found came from the Noise Update. The song "World Wide Noise" has a breakdown that samples "Chang it Up" from Ace of Spades
The Mexican High School Musical one actually reminded me of "Dancer In The Street" from The World Ends With You first rather than B2/W2 since I'm more familiar with that track.
